Claims (10)
- 일반식 (I)의 화합물.상기식에서, X및 Y 는 -CH1- 또는 〉C(CH3)X이고, Z는 잔기 - CHR8-·〉CO·〉CR8OR7·-CHR8-CHR8-·-CHOR7-CH2-·-CO-CHOR7또는 -CHOR7-CHOR7- 이며, R1은 할로겐, 저급-알킬, 저급- 알콕시, 아실옥시, 니트로, 히드록시, 아미노, 저습-알킬 아미노 또는 디-저급-알킬아미노로 탄소가 치환될 수 있고/있거나 환-NH 그룹상에서 저급 알킬로 치환될 수 있는 5-또는 6-원의, 모노사이클릭 헤테로사이클릭 잔기이고 ;R2및 R3는 수소, 저급-알킬, 트리플루올메틸 또는 할로겐이며 잔기 R1및 R3중 하나는 트리플루오로메틸 또는 저급-알킬이고:R4및 R5는 수소,알킬, 알콕시 또는 할로겐이며;R6는 수소, 저급- 알킬 또는 잔기 -OR7이고;R7은 수소, 저급- 아킬 또는 아실이며R8는 수소 또는 저급 - 알킬이고 ; 존재하는 여러잔기 R7또는 R8은 서로 상이할 수 있다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, X 및 Y가 〉C(CH3)2이고; Z가 -CH2-CH2이며;R1이 비치환된 모노사이클릭 헤테로사이클릭 잔기이고 ;Rx,R5및 R6가 수소이며 ; R4가 수소 또는 탄소수 10 이하의 알킬 또는 알콕시인 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 4-[(E)-2-(5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)프로페닐]피리딘,3-[(E)-2-(5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)프로페닐]피리딘,2-[(E)-2-(5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)프로페닐]피리딘, 2-[(E)-2-(5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)프로페닐]티오펜,3-[(E)-2-(5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)프로페닐]티오펜,2-[(E)-2-(5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)프로페닐]푸란및 4-[(E)-2-(5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)프로페닐]피리미딘 중에서 선택된 화합물.
- 약제로 사용하기 위한 제 1내지 3항에 따른 화합물.
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시킨 후 경우에 따라서, R1에서 치환체로서 존재하는 니트로 그룹을 아미노 그룹으로 환원시키고, 경우에 따라서, 이를 모노-또는 디 - 알킬화시키고, 경우에 따라서, 아실옥시 그룹R7또는 R1에서 치환제로서 존재하는 아실옥시 그룹을 비누화 시키고, Z에 존재하는 카보닐 그룹을 히드록시 그룹으로 환원시키고, 경우에 따라서, 히드록시 그룹 R7또는 R1에서 치환제로서 존재하거나 또는 Z에 존재하는 히드록시 그룹을 알킬화 도는 아실화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제 1내지 3항의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, A는 잔기 -CH(R3)P+(Q)3Y- 또는 -CH(R3)-P(O)(OAIK)2이고 B는 잔기 R21-C0-이거나, 또는 A는 잔기 R31-CO-이고, B는 잔기 -CH(R2)P+(Q)3Y- 또는 -CH(R2)-P(O)(CAIK)2또는 -CH(R21)MgHal이고 A는 잔기 -CH(R31)MgHal이고 B는 잔기 R2-CO- 이며 ; 여기에서 Q 는 아릴이고 Y∞는 유기 또는 무기 산의 음이온이며:AIK는 저급 알킬 그룹이고, Hal은 할로겐이며:R21및 R31은 수소, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 저급알킬이고, R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,X,Y및 Z는 제 1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제 1내지 3항에 따른 화합물 및 약제학적 담체 물질을 함유하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 용량 단위당 제 1내지 3항의 화합물 5내지 200mg을 함유하는 용량 단위형태의 약제학적 제제.
- 신생물 및 피부병 치료용 약제학적 제제를 제조하기 위한 제 1내지 3항에 따른 화합물의 용도.
- 제 5항의 방법 또는 이와 화학적으로 동등한 방법으로 제조되는 제 1내지 3항에 따른 화합물.
- 본 명세서에 기술된 바와 같은 신규한 화합물, 조성물 및 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
