Claims (17)
- 차량변속기용 전위제어장치가 최저의 치차비를 포함하는 제1그루우프(41)로부터 최고의 치차비를 포함하는 최고의 그루우프(44)까지 다수의 전진 치차비 범위의 그루우프를 가진 차량변속기용 전위제어장치에서 상기 그루우프의 각각이 운전자에 의하여 수동으로 선택할 수 있는 최저의 치차비를 가지고 상기 최고의 그루우프가 적어도 순차로 관련된 더높은 치차비(11 및 12)를 가지고 상기 변속기가 적어도 상기 최고 그루우프의 순차로 관련된 치차비간의 자동전위를 가능하게 하는 전위 작동기(34)를 포함하는데 있어서 상기 제어장치가 상기 그루우프내의 최저의 순차로 관련된 치차비가 운전자에 의하여 수동으로 선택될때 최고 그루우프내의 순차로 관련된 치차비간의 자동전위를 실행하게 전위작동기(34)를 작동하게하고, 상기 최고 그루우프의 최저의 순차로 관련된 치차비가 운전자에 의하여 수동으로 선택되었을때 적어도 감지하는 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 변속기는 보조변속기(6)와 결합된 주변속기(4)를 가진 복합변속기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사건의 발생시에 변속기 치차비의 모든 사이의 수동전위를 가능하게 하고 상기 자동전위수단을 무능하게 하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기사건은 운전자에 의하여 상기 제어장치가 제공되는 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 사건은 자동전위수단이 무능으로 되었다는 것을 운전자가 확인하는 신호인것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.

- 다수의 전진치차비를 가진 차량변속기의 전위제어장치에 있어서 최고속도 전진치차비를 포함하는 순차로 관련된 전진치차비의 최고 그루우프를 선택하는 적어도 하나의 위치를 가지고 상기 제고 그루우프내의 치차비의 어느것도 포함하지 않은 순차로 관려된 전진치차비의 다른 그루우프를 선택하는 적어도 제2의 위치를 가지는 제어레버와 각각의 상기 그루우프내의 순차로 관련된 전진치차비의 적어도 2개간의 자동전위를 가능하게 하는 제어수단과 각각의 상기 그루우프내의 순차로 관련된 전진치차비의 적어도 2개간의 자동전위를 실행하기 위하여 상기 제어수단을 작동시키게 제어레버위치를 감지하는 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기 전위제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 변속기는 보조변속기(6)와 결합된 주변속기(4)를 가진 복합변속기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제어장치는 사건의 발생시에 변속기 치차비의 모든 사이의 수동전위를 가능하게 하고 자동전위수단을 무능하게 하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 사건은 운전자에 의하여 제어장치에 제공되는 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
