Claims (29)
- 보철물을 받아들이기 위한 치아의 모형을 응고시 다소 선팽창하는 주조체로부터 주조하고, 금속산화물입자에서 스펜션 안 정화제를 첨가하고, 선택적으로 pH 조절제를 첨가한 수성 서스펜션으로 이루어진 슬립(slip)을 만들며, 전술한 치아 모형을 응집된 금속산화물 입자층이 형성될 때까지 접촉시키고, 전술한 응집된 금속산화물 입자층을 보철물의 하부구조에 요구되는 외부 형태를 만들며, 하부 구조의 축소를 일으키는 치아의 모형의 탈수를 시키기 위하여 금속 산화물을 베이스로한 하부구조로 코팅된 치아 모형을 굽고, 금속산화물을 베이스로한 하부 구조를 약간 고체상으로 하여 프릿팅(fritting)시키고 이 프릿된 하부구조에 어떤 온도에서 유리질을 함침시켜서 하부구조의 모든 기공을 유리질로 채워서 보철물을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 세라믹 보철물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리질과 같은 팽창계수를 갖는 상기의 에나멜 하부 구조를 함침하기위해 사용되는 유리질과 부합하는 에나멜로 보철물의 외면을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에나멜의 팽창 계수가 유리질의 팽창계수보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에나멜이 알루미나를 함유하는 알칼리성 붕규산것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 치아 주조체가 응고시 약 0.1-0.4% 정도로 선팽창하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조체가 무기물을 주입시키지 않은 황산칼슘 반수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조체가 결합제 및 산화실리콘 또는 산화 알루미늄으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 결합제가 규산나트륨, 에틸규산, 황산암모늄, 인산알루미늄 또는 인산나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 금속산화물 입자가 임의적으로 산화지르콘 입자와 결합된 알루미나 입자인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬립이 약 0.05∼0.5wt.%의 금속산화물 입자를 함유하고, 상기의 서스펜션 안정제가 폴리비닐알코올, 아크릴산, 셀룰로오스 에스테르 또는 규산 나트륨인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, pH 조절제를 가하여 슬립의 pH를 7내지 8로 조절하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, pH조절제가 시트르산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 치아의 모형을 놓기전에 슬립을 진공에서 초음파에 통과시켜 슬립의 가스를 빼는것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속산화물로된 하부구조를 덮힌 이 모형을 처음에는 1분당 1℃의 비율로 천천히 350℃까지 올려 가면서 굽다가 그 다음에는 금속산화물로된 하부구조의 약간의 고체상의 프릿하는데에 영향을 미칠만큼 충분한 시간동안 적어도 약 1050℃와 같은 온도까지 올려서 굽은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 구조체의 응고시 치아의 모형의 팽창을 상당하는 0.4%이하로 상기의 프릿하는 동안 하부구조가 치아의 모형으로 부터 축소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금소산화물 입자를 평균 약 3.5㎛의 알루미나일때 하부구조의 고체상이 약 1050-1150℃에서 프릿하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속산화물 입자가 평균 약 8.5㎛의 알루미나일때 하부구조의 고체상이 약 1250℃에서 프릿하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속산화물 입자가 평균 약 20㎛의 알루미나일때 하부구조의 고체상이 약 1300-1400℃에서 프릿하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속산화물 입자를 비표면적인 1g당 1-5m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 금속산화물 입자가 또한 산화마그네슘, 산화란탄 또는 회토류 금속 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프릿된 하부구조를 함침하는데 사용되는 유리질이 프릿된 하부구조를 구성하는 금속 산화물의 표면 에너지보다 낮은 함침온도에서 표면 에너지를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리질의 습윤성을 증가시킬 만큼 충분한 양으로 유리가 산화납, 산화보론 또는 산화바나듐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 함침 온도상의 금속산화물에 관해 포화된 유리보다 약간 적은 양의 금속 산화물을 함유하는 하부구조에 사용되는 같은 금속산화물로 유리질이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 유리질이 하부구조보다 낮은 팽창계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리질이 2wt%이하의 착색금속산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리질의 응고후 투명한 비정질체 또는 불투명한 결정체를 제공하는 산화물의 혼합물인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리질이 하부구조와 다른 굴절율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 금속산화물로된 하부구조가 프릿되어 그 기공이 유리질로 채워진 고체상으로 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 보철물.
