Claims (20)

  1. ⅰ) 표면조도 Ra가 0.010마이크론 이하인 제 1 폴리에스테르 필름층 ; 및 ⅱ) 표면조도 Ra가 0.010 마이크론보다 큰 제 2 폴리에스테르 필름층으로 이루어지며, 단, 10마이크론 이하의 두께를 가지고, 또한 종방향으로 6,500N/mm2이상의 탄성률을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 탁얼한 탄성률을 갖는 동시 압출되고 2측 연신된 얇은 다중-층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 언급된 제 1 층이 0.005 마이크론 이하의 표면조도 Ra를 갖는 필름.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 언급된 제 1 층이 폴리에스테르의 블랜드로 이루어지는 필름.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 언급된 제 1 층이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 필름.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 언급된 제 2 층이 0.001 내지 5㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 입자를, 제 2 층의 총 중량을 기준하여 0.01 내지 1 중량 %의 양으로 함유하는 필름.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 언급된 입자가 황산바륨, 가교결합된 아크릴레이트, 탄산칼슘, 이산화규소, 카올린, 및 이산화티탄으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 필름.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 언급된 입자가 가교 결합된 아크릴레이트 또는 항산바륨으로 이루어지는 필름.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, 언급된 제 2 층이 폴리에스테르의 블랜드로 이루어지는 필름.
  9. 제 5 항에 있어서, 언급된 제 2 층이 폴리에스틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 필름.
  10. 제 5 항에 있어서, 언급된 제 2 층이 폴리핵생성제를 함유하는 필름.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 언급된 핵생성제가 나트륨 몬타네이트인 필름.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 언급된 나트륨 몬타네이트의 양이 언급된 제 2 층의 총 중량을 기준하여 0.01 내지 5중량 % 범위인 필름.
  13. ⅰ) 어떠한 입자도 함유하지 않는 제 1 폴리에스테르수지, 및 (a) 0.001내지 5마이크론의 평균입자 크기를 갖는 입자 0.01 내지 1 중량 %와 (b) 핵 생성제 0.5 내지 0.1% 중량을 함유하는 제 2 폴리에스테르 수지를 별개의 압출기내에서 용융시키고,
    ⅱ) 언급된 제 1 및 제 2 폴리에스테르 수지를 다이를 통해 냉각 드럼상에 동시에 압출시킴으로써 캐스트 동시 압출된 폴리에스테르 시이트를 형성시킨 다음,
    ⅲ) 언급된 캐스트 동시 압출된 폴리에스테르 시이트를 연신시키고 계속해서 열고정(heat setting)시켜, 종방향으로 6,500N/mm2이상의 탄성률 및 10 마이크론 이하의 두께를 가지며, 한쪽 표면은 0.010 마이크론 이하의 표면 조도를 갖고 반대쪽 표면은 0.010 마이크론보다 큰 표면 조도를 갖는 2 측 연신된 다중층 폴리에스테르 필름을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 탁월한 탄성률을 갖는 동시 압출된 얇은 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 언급된 핵 생성제가 나트륨 몬타네이트인 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 언급된 연신공정율, 1.05 내지 9.0 범위내의 총 연신비로 종방향 및 횡방향으로 필름을 연신시켜 수행하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 연신을 2-단계 공정으로 수행하는 방법
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 연신을 다-단계 공정으로 수행하는 방법
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 연신을 동시 연신공정으로 수행하는 방법
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 열 고정을 Tg+70℃와 중합체 융점 사이의 온도범위내에서 수행하는 방법
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 언급된 열 고정을 0.5 내지 100초의 시간 간격으로 수행하는 방법.
