Claims (14)

  1. 투명한 물질로 만들어진 시트와 상기 시트의 제1주변 가장자리를 따라 배치된 브라켓트장치로 구성된 창문 조립체에 있어서, 가스켓이 합성 폴리머로 구성되어 있고 그리고 상기 브라켓트 장치와 상기 시트 사이에서 상기 시트의 제1주변 가장자리 부분을 따라 뻗어있는 제1부재를 포함하며, 상기 제1부재가 상기 브라켓트 장치를 상기 시트에 대해 고착시키기 위해 상기 브라켓트 장치와 상기 시트에 접착되어 있고, 상기 가스켓이 노출된 주변의 시일링 표면을 제공하기 위해 상기 시트의 제2주변 가장자리 부분을 따라 뻗어서 그것에 접착되어 있으며 상기 제1부재로부터 일정하게 떨어진 제2부재를 포함하고, 상기 가스켓이 상기 브라켓트 장치와 상기 유리시트의 제1 및 제2부분에 인접하여 중합되어지고 그리고 형성되는 동안 중합화와 경화과정에서 쉽게 일어나는 자생 과정을 통해 그것이 접착될 부분과 단단하게 접촉되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시트 물질이 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 조립체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 브라켓트 장치가 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 조립체.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓이 탄성이 있는 물질로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 조립체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓이 폴리우레탄 물질로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 조립체.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓이 상기 시트의 주변 가장자리를 따라 뻗어 있고 그리고 그것에 접착되어 있는 리브 부분을 포함하고, 상기 리브 부분이 상기 가스켓의 제1부분을 상기 가스켓의 제2부분에다 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 조립체.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓이 부가적으로 노출된 주변의 시일링 표면을 제공하기 위해 상기 시트의 제3주변 가장자리 부분을 따라 뻗어서 그것에 접착되어 있고 그리고 상기 제1 및 제2부재로부터 일정하게 떨어져 배치된 제3부재를 포함하며, 제2리브가 상기 시트의 주변 가장자리를 따라 뻗어서 그것에 접착되어 있고, 그리고 제2리브가 상기 가스켓의 제1부재와 상기 가스켓의 제3부재를 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 조립체.
  8. 제1주변 부분에 접착되어 있는 제1가스켓에 의해 고착된 브라켓트를 가지고 그리고 제2주변 부분에 접착된 제2가스켓을 가진 투명한 물질로 된 시트를 포함하는 창문 조립체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 가) 2개 이상의 상호작용하는 틀의 상단부와 하단부에 의해 형성되는 틀의 챔버의 내부 내에 투명한 물질로 된 시트를 배치시키고, 나) 틀의 챔버의 내부내에 시트의 주변을 따라 브라켓트를 배치시키며, 형성될 제1가스켓에 대응하는 제1가스켓을 형성시키는 공동을 만들기 위해 브라켓트 및 시트의 제1주변 부분과 작용하고 그리고 형성될 제2가스켓에 대응하는 제2가스켓을 형성시키는 공동을 만들기 위해 시트의 제2주변 부분과 함께 작용하는 가스켓 형상의 부분을 틀의 상단부와 하단부에 설치시키며, 다) 제1 및 제2가스켓을 형성시키는 공동 속에 중합 가능하고 경화가능하며 시트 및 브라켓트와 접촉하여 경화될 때 제1 및 제2가스켓을 생성시키기 위해 접착되는 혼합물을 주입시키고, 라) 틀의 챔버로부터 창문 조립체를 제거하는 것의 단계로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 조립체를 제조하는 방법.
  9. 시트의 제1부분과 브라켓트에 접착된 제1가스켓에 의해 고착된 브라켓트를 가지고 그리고 시트의 제2주변부분에 접착된 제2가스켓을 가진 투명한 물질로 만들어진 시트를 포함하는 창문 조립체를 제조하는데 사용되는 틀의 구조에 있어서, 두 개 이상의 상호 작용하는 틀의 상단부와 하단부가 브라켓트와 시트를 받기 위한 챔버를 만들기 위해 마주보는 표면을 가지고 있고, 상기 틀의 상단부와 하단부의 마주보는 표면중 적어도 한 면이 시트상에 형성될 제1가스켓에 대응하는 제1가스켓을 형성시키는 공동을 만들기 위해 시트의 제1주변 부분 및 브라켓트와 함께 작용하고 그리고 형성될 제2가스켓에 대응하는 제2가스켓을 형성시키는 공동을 만들기 위해 시트의 제2주변 부분과 함께 작용하는 가스켓형상의 부분을 형성하고 있으며, 상기 틀의 상단부와 하단부가 접촉되어 있을 때 제1 및 제2가스켓을 형성시키는 공동속으로 유동성의 가스켓을 형성시키는 물질을 주입시키는데 사용되는 입구인 게이트가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 조립체를 제조하는데 사용되는 틀의 구조.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 틀의 상단부와 하단부에 형성되어 있는 통로가 제1가스켓을 형성시키는 공동과 제2가스켓을 형성시키는 공동을 연결시키는 것으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 틀의 구조.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 통로가 시트의 선정된 주변 부분과 상기 틀의 상단부와 하단부의 상호 작용에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 틀의 구조.
  12. 첨부 도면을 참조하여 기술한 것과 같은 것으로 된 창문 조립체.
  13. 명세서에 기술된 것과 같은 것으로 된 창문 조립체를 제조하는 방법.
