Claims (15)

  1. 적어도 2개의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 그룹을 함유하는 화합물(A)와, 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 메탄트리카-복스 아미드 단위를 함유하고타입의 활성 수소 원자를 갖는 그룹을 적어도 2개 이상 함유하는 화합물(B)를 촉매의 존재하에 반응시켜 올리고머 및/또는 폴리머 가교결합된 반응생성물을 형성시킴을 특징으로하여 경화생성물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서,
    X는 -CO이고,
    R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 탄화수소 라디칼이며,
    R2는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 탄화수소 라디칼, 탄소수 12까지의 1가 알콜의 라디칼 R4를 함유하는 에스테르 그룹, -CN, -NO2, 또는 CO-NHR1- 또는 CO-R1-그룹이고,
    R3는 R2와 동일한 의미를 가지며, R2및 R3는 서로 같거나 다르다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매로서 루이스(Lewis) 염기 또는 브뢴스테드염기가 사용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매로서 아미드, 구아니딘, 아미딘, 포스판, 4급 암모늄 플루오라이드 또는 하이드록사이드 및 알칼리금속 알콜레이트로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물이 사용되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매로서 N,N,N,N-테트라메틸구아니딘, 1,5-디아자비사이클로 [4.3.0]논-5-엔, 1,8-디아자비사이클로 [5.4.0] 운데크-7-엔 또는 1,4 -디아자비사이클로 [2.2.2]옥탄이 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매로서 트리스하이드록시메틸포스평, 트리스디메틸아미노메틸포스판, 트리페닐포스판, 메틸디-p-톨리포스판, 트리스-p-아니실포스판, 메틸디페닐포스판, 메틸디-p-아니실포스판 또는 α,α-디메틸벤질이미노트리부틸포스포란이 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매의 사용량이 출발물질의 총 고체 함량에 대해 0.02 내지 2중량인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응을 0내지 100℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 화합물(A)와 (B)가, 활성 수소원자에 대한 활성이 중결합의 비가(0.8 내지 1.2):1내지 1:(0.8내지 1.2)의 범위가 되도록 하는 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 R1및 경우에 따라 R2및 R3가 탄소수 1내지 4의 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 라디칼 R1R2C=CR3-X(Ⅰ)이 2염기성이하이며 탄소원자 2내지 10개를 함유하는 단일불포화되거나 다불포화된 카복실산으로 부터 유도되는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 카복실산이 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및/또는 말레산인 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 화합물(A)에서 그룹(Ⅰ)이 폴리올 또는 폴리아민의 라디칼에 부찻되는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 12항중의 어느 하나에 이어서, 화합물(A)가 OH그룹을 함유하는 폴리에스테르 그룹을 함유하는 코폴리머, 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 코폴리머 또는 에폿사이드 수지 및/또는 아민수지로부터 유도되는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, OH그룹을 함유하는 코폴리머가 40내지 250의 OH수를 갖는 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 코폴리머가 1내지 10%의 에폭사이드 산소를 함유하는 방법.
