Claims (2)

  1. (A) (1) 25℃에서 점도가 20 내지 40 Pa·s이고 분자당 2개 이상의 비닐기를 함유하는, 100중량부의트리오르가노실옥시 말단차단된 폴리디오르가노실옥산, (2)트리오르가노실옥시단위 및 SiO2단위로 이루어진, 0 내지 40중량%의 벤젠용해성 수지 공중합체(여기에서 트리오르가노실옥시단위는 트리메틸실옥시 단위 및 디메틸 비닐 단위이며, SiO2단위에 대한 트리-오르가노실옥시 단위의 몰비가 약 0.7 내지 1 이고, 공중합체는 1.4 내지 2.2중량%의 실리콘 결합된 비닐기를 함유한다), (3) 촉매로서 폴리디오르가노실옥산(1) 100만중량부당 5 내지 200중량부의 백금, (4) 분자당 평균 3개 이상의 실리콘-결합된 수소원자 및 실리콘 원자당 평균 1개 이하의 실리콘 결합된 수소원자를 함유하는, 5 내지 10중량부의 오르가노하이드로겐실옥산, (5) 2 내지 4중량%의 하이드록실기를 함유하는 20 내지 40중량부의 하이드록실 말단 차단된 폴리디오르가노실옥산, 및 (6) 0 내지 100중량부의 충전제를 혼합시킨 후, (7) 생성되는 발포체의 압축력에 대한 밀도의 비를 변동시키기 위하여 3 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 함유하는, 1 내지 15중량부의 유기알코올을 가하고, (B) 25℃ 에서 100 Pa·s미만의 점도를 갖는 혼합물이 실온에서 기포체를 생성시키고 경화되어 독립기포의 탄성 실리콘 발포체를 제조함을 특징으로하여, 실리콘 탄성발포체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조한 발포체.
