Claims (8)

  1. (a) 하기 일반식 (II)로 표시되는 4-비페닐일알데히데와 하기 일반식 (III)으로 표시되는 N-아실글리신을 염기의 존재하에 반응시켜 4-비페닐일알데히데를 하기 일반식 (V)로 표시되는 아즈락톤 화합물로 전환시키고, 생성된 일반식 (V)의 아즈락톤 화합물을 가열하고, 필요에 따라 중화시켜 하기 일반식 (VII)로 표시되는 알파-케토산으로 만든 후, 알파-케토산을 탈카르복실화 시킴을 특징으로 하는; 또는 (b) 하기 일반식 (II)로 표시되는 4-비페닐알데히데와 하기 일반식 (IV)로 표시되는 락탐 화합물을 염기의 존재하에 반응시켜 하기 일반식 (VI)으로 표시되는 응축물을 만들고, 생성된 일반식 (VI)의 응축물을 알칼리 염기의 존재하에 가열하고, 필요에 따라 중화시켜 하기 일반식 (VIII)로 표시되는 유도체를 만든 후, 일반식 (VIII)의 유도체를 수용성 염기의 존재하에 과산화물로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식 (I)로 표시되는 4-비페닐일아세트산 또는 그의 염의 제조방법.
    (식중, R은 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐 또는 저급알킬기를 나타내고, M은 알칼리 금속 또는 수소원자를 나타내며, R1은 수소원자, 저급알킬기 또는 카르복시-저급 알킬기를 나타내고, X는 산소 또는 황원자를 나타내며, Y는 황원자 또는 -NH-를 나타낸다).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방법(a)가 일반식 (V)의 아즈락톤 화합물 및 일반식 (VII)의 알파-케토화합물의 분리없이 단일 반응기 내에서 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 단일 반응기내에서 일반식 (II)의 4-비페닐일아세트산 및 일반식 (III)의 N-아실글리신의 염기의 존재하에 열처리된 후, 탈카르복실화 되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탈카르복실화가 염기 조건하에 과산물로 처리되어 수행되는 방법.
  5. 하기 일반식 (V)로 표시되는 아즈락톤 화합물.
    식중, R은 비치환된 또는 치환된 페닐 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 방법(b)가 일반식 (VI)로 표시되는 응축물 및 일반식 (VIII)로 표시되는 유도체의 분리없이 단일 반응기 내에서 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 단일 반응기 내에서 일반식 (III)의 4-비페닐알데히데 및 일반식 (IV)의 락탐화합물이 염기의 존재하에 열처리된 후, 수용성 용매내에서 처리되는 방법.
  8. 하기 일반식 (VI)으로 표시되는 화합물.
    식중, R1은 수소원자, 저급알킬기 또는 카르복시-저급알킬기를 나타내고, X는 산소 또는 황원자를 나타내며, Y는 황원자 또는 -NH-를 나타낸다.
