Claims (3)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-할로게노-6-아미노-니코틴산 할라이드.
    상기식에서, R1은 소수, 또는 알킬이며, R1은 수소 알킬 또는 아실이거나,R 및 R1은 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 래디칼을 형성하며,R2및 Hal은 할로겐이다.
  2. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 5-할로계노=6-아미노-니코틴산을 할로겐화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 일반적(Ⅰ)의 5-할로계노 -6-아미노-니코틴산 할라이드의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R은 수소 또는 알킬이며, R1은 수소, 알킬 또는 아실이거나 R 및 R1은 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 래디칼을 헝성하며, R2및 Hal은 할로겐이다.
  3. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-할로게노-6-아미노-니코틴산-할라이드를 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시킨 후 생성물을 가수분해하고 탈카복실화함을 특징으로 하는, 일반식(Ⅲ)외 5-아세틸피리딘의 제조를 위한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-할로계노-6-아미노-니코틴상 할라이드의 용도.
    상기식에서, R은 수소 또른 알킬이며, R1은 수소 알킬 또는 아실 이거나, R 및 R1은 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 라이칼을 형성하며, R2및 Hal온 할로겐이며, R3는 C1내지C3알킬이며, R4는 수소 또는 C1-C2-알킬이다.
