Claims (8)
- 열가소성 원료를 스크루우 압출기를 이용하여 용융하고 압출하는 것과 용융된 열가소성 수지에 발포제를 첨가하고, 발포제와 용융된 열가소성 수지를 어떤 혼합부에서 혼합하고, 발포제와 열가소성 수지의 최종혼합물은 어떤 냉각부에서 발포에 적당한 온도로 냉각하며, 회전자가 회전하는 동안 발포제와 열가소성 수지의 혼합물이 통과할 수 있는 틈을 형성하도록 고정자에 지지된 회전자를 포함하는 전술한 혼합방법과 회전자의 바깥쪽 외벽에 형성된 동공과 고정자의 내벽에 형성된 동공을 가지고 있는 전술한 회전자와 전술한 고정자 그리고 회전자가 회전하는 동안 서로 겹치도록 배열되어 있으며, 발포제와 열가소성 수지가 전술한 혼합부를 통하여 혼합물이 통과하는 동안 동공들 사이에 그 혼합물을 이송하도록 배열되어 있는 동공들을 포함하는 열가소성 수지 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지와 발포제는 전술한 혼합부에서 미리 혼합된다는 점을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지발포체의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 혼합부의 회전자는 전술한 압출기의 스크루우와는 독립적으로 회전된다는 점을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지발포체의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 혼합부의 회전자는 전술한 압출기의 앞쪽 끝의 스크루우에 연결된다는 점을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 발포체의 제조방법,
- 전술한 열가소성 원료를 용융시키고 압출시키기 위한 스크루우 압출기와 전술한 스크루우 압출키로 부터 발포제와 용융된 열가소성 수지의 혼합물을 얻기 위하여, 전술한 발포제와 전술한 용융된 열가소성 원료를 혼합하기 위하여 스크루우 압출기와 서로 통하고 있는 혼합부를 전술한 혼합부에서 형성된 발포제와 열가소성 수지의 혼합물을 발포 형성에 적당한 온도로 냉각하기 위하여, 전술한 수지의 혼합물이 통과하도록 틈을 형성하기 위하여 고정자에 지지된 회전자를 포함하고 있는 혼합부, 그 외측면에 형성된 동공을 가지고 있는 회전자와 그 내측면에 형성된 동공을 가지고 있는 고정자 그리고 회전자가 회전하는 동안 서로 겹치도록 배열되어 있고 혼합부위를 발포제와 열가소성 수지의 혼합물이 통과하는 동안 동공사이로 그 혼합물이 이송되도록 배열되어진 동공들과 전술한 혼합부의 유입류측에 설치되어진 발포제의 주입부로 구성되어지는 열가소성 주지발포체의 제조장치.
- 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 혼합기의 회전자는 전술한 스크루우 압출기의 스크루우 회전과 독립적으로 회전할 수 있다는 점을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 발포체의 제조장치.
- 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 혼합기의 회전자가 전술한 스크루우 압출기의 스크루우 앞쪽 끝에 연결되어 있다는 점과 발포제의 전술한 주입부가 압출기에 설치된다는 점을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 발포체의 제조장치.
- 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 전술한 스크루우 압출기와 전술한 혼합부 사이에서 미리 수행되는 교반을 하고 있는 점을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 발포체의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
