제1도는 본 발명을 실시하는 사출 성형기의 제어시스템 구성도.

Claims (3)

  1. 호퍼 내의 원료칩을 전동기에 의하여 회전하는 스크루우에 의하여 실린더 내로 이송되고, 스크루우의 이동에 의하여 실린더내의 원료를 금형내에 사출하는 사출성형기의 사출축의 속도 제어방식으로서, 스크루우를 갖는 사출축과; 사출동작시에 사출축의 최종 동작위치와, 기준 속도를 1블록에서 지령하는 수단과; 사출축을 실린더내에서 그 길이방향으로 이동하는 수단과; 상기 지령 수단의 명령에 의하여, 사출축을 이동시킬때, 사출축의 이동 위치에 대응하는 그 이동 속도를 규정하는 오우버라이드 값을 기억하는 수단과; 상기 이동 수단에 의하여 사출축을 실린더내에서 이동시킬때, 사출축의 소정의 이동 지령위치에 대응하는 오우버라이드값을 기억수단으로부터 판독하고, 그 오우버라이드 사출축의 기준 속도를 보정하여 이동시키는 제어수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출축의 속도 제어방식.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사출축의 길이방향의 이동수단이, 전동 모우터임을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출축의 속도 제어방식.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 사출축의 길이방향의 이동수단이 수치제어장치에 의하여 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출축의 속도 제어방식.
