Claims (1)

  1. L이 통상적인 이탈그룹이고, R15가 수소이거나 메틸이며 R2'가 통상적으로 쉽게 제거할 수 있는 카복실 보호그룹인 일반식
    이 중간체를, R5가 C1-C4알킬이고 R6와 R7각각은 수소이거나 C1-C4알킬을 표시하는 일반식
    의 티올화합물과 불활성용매 및 염기의 존재하에서 반응시켜서 R15,R2'가 상기 정의한 바와 같고가 R5,R6및 R7이 상기 정의한 바와 같은 일반식
    이거나 또는 이것의 제약상 허용염 또는 이것의 에스텔중의 기를 나타내는 일반식
    의 카바펜엠 생성물을 생성하고, 필요하면, 보호그룹 R2'을 제거하여 그에 상당하는 탈-보호 카바펜엠 생성물을 얻는 것으로 구성되는 R15가 상기에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식
    의 화합물이나 일것의 제약상 허용염을 제조하는 방법.
