Claims (1)
- L이 통상적인 이탈그룹이고, R15가 수소이거나 메틸이며 R2'가 통상적으로 쉽게 제거할 수 있는 카복실 보호그룹인 일반식이 중간체를, R5가 C1-C4알킬이고 R6와 R7각각은 수소이거나 C1-C4알킬을 표시하는 일반식의 티올화합물과 불활성용매 및 염기의 존재하에서 반응시켜서 R15,R2'가 상기 정의한 바와 같고가 R5,R6및 R7이 상기 정의한 바와 같은 일반식이거나 또는 이것의 제약상 허용염 또는 이것의 에스텔중의 기를 나타내는 일반식의 카바펜엠 생성물을 생성하고, 필요하면, 보호그룹 R2'을 제거하여 그에 상당하는 탈-보호 카바펜엠 생성물을 얻는 것으로 구성되는 R15및가 상기에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식의 화합물이나 일것의 제약상 허용염을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
