Claims (2)

  1. 부압공기의 유통로중에 압력센서를 장치한 부압스위치 장치에 있어서, 압력센서보다도 부압발생장치측의 유통로에 반 부압발생장치방향으로서의 공기유통을 저지하는 일방향변을 설치한 것을 특징으로하는 부압스위치 장치.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 일방향변을 상태(常態)에서는 부압발생장치측으로부터 산단의 V링구로서 변구(辯口)를 폐색하도록 스프링의 탄력으로 힘을주어 형성한 부압스위치장치.
