- 다음 일반식(2)로 표시되는 페닐 유도체와 다음 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 엔아민 유도체를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(1)로 표시하는 디히드로피리딘 유도체 및 그의 염 및 에스테르의 제조방법.

- 〔상기식에서, R1,R2및 R4는 각각 저급알킬기이고; R3는 니트로기 또는 치환체로서 1 내지 3개의 할로겐원자를 갖을 수 있는 저급알킬기이고; R5는 저급알콕시기, 할로겐원자, 저급알킬티오기, 히드록실기, 저급알카노일옥시기, 테트라히드로피라닐옥시기 및 저급 알콕시-저급알콕시기로 구성되는 기로부터 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환체를 갖을 수 있는 페닐기이고; 및는 불포화된 직쇄 또는 측쇄탄화수소 잔기이다.〕
