Claims (7)

  1. 특히 운동화 및 레저용 신발의 침상플리이스(needle fleece)재료로된 합성의 비로우드-스플릿 가죽에 있어서, 섬유부분에 대하여 적어도 20중량%인 섬유재료가 3엽의 윤곽을 가지는 폴리아미드섬유로 구성되고 최대두께 3㎜의 경우에 300-2500gg/m2의 면적중량을 가지며, 모든 섬유는 곱슬곱슬하지 않으며 1.5 및 6dtex 사이의 섬도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성의 비로우드-스플릿가죽.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유부분에 대하여 섬유재료에서 3엽의 단면을 가지는 폴리아미드섬유의 비윤이 40-60중량%에 달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성의 비로우드-스플릿가죽.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유재료는 폴리아미드 및/혹은비스코오스 및/혹은 셀루로스로된 둥근 단면을 가지는 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성의 비로우드-스플릿가죽.
  4. 상기 항에 의한 합성의 비로우드 스플릿가죽의 제조방법에 있어서, 섬도 1.5-6dtex를 가지고 3엽의 단면을 가지며 적어도 20중량%의 폴리아미드섬유로 구성된 섬유가 바느질만으로 강화되고 0.15-0.25g/m3로 압축되며 그 다음에 합성 비로우드가죽의 경우에 통용되는 과정에 따라서 수용액의 라텍스혼합물로 베게하며 이어서 분할-및/혹은 연마-, 세탁-혹은 소수성화 공정이 넣어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 수용액인 라텍스로된 주입혼합물이 안료염료이외에 추가적으로 산-혹은 금속착염기의 폴리아미드-염료를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 주입혼합물은 셀루로스섬유가 있는 경우에는 추가적으로 직접 염료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 전항들중의 하나 또는 다수항에 있어서, 충전재료로서의 주입혼합물은 5 및 50μm 사이의 직경을 가지는 규산염기의 미세구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
