Claims (1)
- 질화규소계 원료를 슬러리형상의 혼합물로 성형하여 소결하는 제조방법에 있어서, 질화규소 분말에, 질화 알루미늄에 산소가 고용된 스피넬계의 화합물(AlN)X(Al2O3)Y, 단 X는 0.8-0.2, Y는 0.8-1.2)또는 폴리 타입의 질화 알루미늄(Al-Si-O-N, 단(Al+Si)/(O+N)=5/6~1(1을 포함하지 않음))을 포함한 소결조제 분말을 배합한 혼합분말을 수성 슬러리 형상의 혼화물로 하고, 이것을 소정의 형상으로 성형한 후, 소결을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소 소결체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
