Claims (12)

  1. 판독되는 메모리에 연결되고 전자 I.D 코드를 내포하는 미리-프로그램된 수동 메모리 영역을 구성하는 가동부와; 상기 가동부가 연결되고, 전류를 공급하기 위한 수단과, 상기 가동부에 의해 판독되고 전자 I. D 코드가 상기 메모리 속으로 로드되게 하는 적어도 하나이상의 로딩펄스를 공급하기 위해 장착되고 상기 고정부의 메모리 속으로 전송되고 상기 가동부에 의해 판독된 메모리의 내용을 판독하기 위한 전자 수단으로 구성된 고정부와; 상기 고정부에서 상기 고정부에 내포된 코드와 전송된 상기 내용을 비교하기 위한 비교 수단과; 상기 미리-프로그램된 수동 메모리 영역내에 포함된 코드를 판독하기 위한 비 연속적인 시행의 수 N가 결정된 후 상기 미리-프로그램된 수동 메모리 영역을 파괴하기 위해 상기 가동부에 설계된 회로로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전자식 식별 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파괴회로는 인가되는 각시전압의 증가치를 계수하며 상기 수동 메모리 영역내에 포함된 각 코드를 연속적으로 판독 후 제로로 리세트 되며, 제로로 리세트됨이 없이 전압이 인가되는 시간의 수 이후에 상기 파괴 동작을 야기하는 출력을 인출하는 카운터로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전자식 식별장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로드 펄스들의 결정된 수가 상기 메모리 속으로 필요한 코드를 로드하기 위하여 판독하며, 상기 파괴 회로가 로드 펄스들의 상기 결정된 수가 수신될 때 출력 펄스를 인출하며 상기 로드 펄스들을 수신하는 분주기로 구성하여 상기 출력펄스가 상기 카운터를 제로로 리세트함을 특징으로 하는 전자식 식별 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정부는 상기 식별 장치가 계속하여 작동할 때 상기 고정부 내에 포함된 상기 코드부를 도입하기 위한 케이 보드를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전자식 식별 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동부의 수동 메모리 영역은 상기 미리-프로그램의 수행을 선택적으로 파괴하고 메모리가 비연속 시도에 의해 파괴될 때 모두 파괴되는 퓨우즈를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전자식 식별 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 장치는 정 합성치의 통계치를 편집하고 상기 정합성치의 수가 사전에 결정된 소정치에 도달할 때 일치하지 않게 하기 위하여 어떤 시간의 수로 가동부의 인식 동작을 수행하기 위한 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전자식 식별 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동부는 개수가 기억되는 적어도 하나 이상의 메모리 영역을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전자식 식별 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고정부는 상기 메모리 영역내에 포함된 계수를 기억, 판독하기 위한 수단을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전자식 식별 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가동부는 상기 메모리 영역에 내포된 계수를 표시하기 위한 액정 디스플레이를 구성함을 목적으로 하는 전자식 식별 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정부는 어드레스의 필요한 비트 수가 가동부로 송출되게 하는 에비-위치 카운터/디카운터를 제어하고 가동부에 송출하는 코드를 포함하는 메모리를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전자식 식별 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가동부의 메모리는 데이터를 고정부에의 직렬-병렬 순환레지스터에 의해 송출되는 어드레스에 공급하여 비교를 수행하는 전자식 식별장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 고정부의 메모리는 ROM, EPROM 또는 EEPROM으로 구성되고, 상기 가동부의 메모리는 EEPROM으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전자식 식별장치.
