Claims (9)
- 비닐 아세테이트 55%내지 75%를 C2-C8알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 15%내지 40%, C2-C4히드록실알킬 아크릴레이트 3%내지 10% 및 공중합성 모노에틸렌 불포화 카르복실산 0.5%내지 5%와 주로 부탄올로 구성된 유기용매 용액 매질 내에서 고형분 농도가 최소한 65%가 되도록 공중합 시켜 얻고 폴리알콕시에틸 멜라민 8내지 20중량%와 휘발성 알코올과의 혼합물 형태인 용액상 공중합체가 용해되어 있는 부탄올로 이루어진 유기 용매 매질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 노출시 양호한 광택 및 보유도를 갖는 경질성(硬質性) 및 내충격성인 소부(燒付) 피막올 형성할 수 있는 열경화성 용매 용액 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 아세테이트의 함유량이 65% 내지 72%인 것이 특징인 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이드가 부틸 아크릴레이트인 것이 특징인 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체가 고형분 함량이 70%내지 75%가 되도록 공중합하여 생성되는 것이 특징인 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 멜라민이 혼합물의 10%내지 15%의 양으로 존재하는 폴리메톡시메틸 멜라민인 것이 특징인 피복 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드록시알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트가 6%내지 9%의 양으로 사용된 2-히드록시에틸 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트인 것이 특징인 피복조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복 조성물의 피복 점도를 방향족 탄화수소로 감소시키는 것이 특징인 피복조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복 조성물을 안료 대결합제의 비율을 0.4 : 1 내지 1.5 : 1로 하여 착색시키는 것이 특징인 피복조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실산은 1%내지 3%의 양으로 사용된 아크릴산 또는 데타크릴산이고, 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트의 사용량은 20%내지 25%인 것이 특징인 피복조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
