Abstract

PURPOSE: A resin composition which provides laminated sheets having excellent flexibility, toughness and weather resistance, comprising a (meth)acryloyl group- containing monomer and a specific (meth)acrylate ester or an itaconic ester.
CONSTITUTION: A composition comprising (A) a monomer containing a (meth) acryloyl group in the molecule and (B) at least one member selected from the component (B) ar least one member selected from the compounds represented by formulas I and II, wherein R1 is H or methyl, R2 is 1-5C alkyl and n is 1-23, said component (B) being present in an amount of 8W60wt%. The composition can be applied to laminate such a combination of sheets of the same or different kind, as inorganic glasses and/or transparent thermosetting resins, for example, inorganic glasses/thermosetting resins such as acrylic resins and polycarbonates. Examples of the compounds of formulas I and II include methoxyethylene glycol (meth)acrylate and ethoxypolyethylene glycol itaconate.
