Claims (11)
- 색의 농도가 새로운 성형물로 가공될 수 있는 고분자 유기물질을 염색하는 방법에 있어서, 가공하기 전에 고분자 유기물질에 비해 중량비로 0.001 내지 3.0%정도되는 흑연과 한 종류 이상의 안료 또는 중합체-가용성 염료를 고분자 유기물질에 혼입시킴을 특징으로 하는 염색방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 유기물질이 열가소성 물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 유기물질을 폴리비닐클로라이드, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리아미드, 선형 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르 또는 선형 폴리우레탄, 또는 이들의 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흑연의 99% 이상의 탄소 함량을 가지고 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흑연이 20㎛까지의 직경과 4㎛까지의 두께를 가지고 있는 편상-또는 박충-형태로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흑연의 양이 고분자 유기물질에 비해 중량비로 0.01 내지 1.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료가 유기안료임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료가 투명한 유기안료임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염료가 안트라퀴논 염료이거나 아조 염료의 금속 복합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료 또는 염료가 고분자 유기물질에 비해 중량비로 0.001 내지 10.0%정도의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스테아르산, 스테아릴아민, 수소화된 아비에트산, 에폭시화된 콩기름 또는 1,2-디울로 처리된 흑연을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
