Claims (8)

  1. 중합체 물질의 양이, 마그네틱 피그먼트의 양을 기준하여, 0.1 내지 5중량%, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 2중량%임을 특징으로 하는 자체특성을 보존시키기 위해 중합체물질로 밀폐시킨 민감한 마그네틱 피그먼트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 중합체 물질을 패킹(paccking) 물질로써 사용함을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 언급된 중합체 물질이 자기 기록 매체(magnetic recording media)의 제조시 재료에 용해될 수 있고/있거나 팽윤될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
  4. 제1 또는 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 언급된 중합체 물질이 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리비닐화합물, 폴리비닐리덴 화합물, 셀룰로오스 화합물 또는 이의 혼합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 언급된 피그먼트가 자철석, 버토로이드 (bertholoid)철산화물/및 또는 거의 철로 이루어진 금속 피그먼트임을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 언급된 마그네틱 피그먼트가, 거의 철로 이루어져 있으며 0.5 내지 15중량%의 산소함유량을 가지는 금속 피그먼트 임을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 피그먼트.
  7. 마그네틱 피그먼트의 산화도를 임의로 조정한 후, 이 마그네틱 피그먼트를 중합체 물질로 멜폐시킴으로 틀징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제6항에 따르는 금속피그먼트를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 거의 철로 이루어진 금속피그먼트를, 시간에 따라 증가하는 산소 부분압을 가진 대기중에서 신중히 열처리하여 0.5 내지 15중량%의 산소를 함유하도록 한 다음, 폴리카아보네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리비닐화합물, 폴리비닐리덴 화합물, 셀룰로오스 화합물 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택된 패킹물질로서의 중합체 0.1 내지 5중량%를 사용하여 밀폐시킴을 특징으로 하여, 거의 철로 이루어졌으며, 산소함량이 0.5 내지 15중량%인 마그네틱 피그먼트를 제조하는 방법.
