Claims (7)

  1. 액상 슬래그의 흐름을 작은 방울의 형태로 분산시키고 여기에 냉가스를 분출, 냉각시켜 고체화시킴으로써 슬래그를 입상화하는 방법에 있어서, 두께가 10내지 50mm인 액상 슬래그의 흐름을 향해 적어도 40°, 바람직하게는 70내지 110°의 각도로 압력이 10바 이상인 압축 가스를 분출시킴을 특징으로 하여 액상 슬래그의 흐름을 분산시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유출되는 액상 슬래그와 마주치는 고속가스의 연속적인 시트상이 형성되도록 고압가스의 분출을 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 액상 슬래그의 흐름이 고압가스에 의해 분산된후 고체화된 또는 고체화되고 있는 작은 방울들을 저압으로 배출되는 유속이 큰 가스에 의해 수거 지역으로 불어보냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 고압가스를 16내지 32바의 압력 및 20,000N㎥/분의 최저 유속으로 분출시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 고압가스가 압축 공기인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 고압가스가 질소인 방법.
