Patente de Invenção: "GRANULADOS DE POLìMERO DE ALTA PUREZA E PROCESSOS PARA PRODUçãO DOS MESMOS". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de granulado de polímero, particularmente granulado de policarbonato, de fusões de polímero, particularmente, fusões de policarbonato, por extrusão de fusão do polímero, refrigeração da fusão em um líquido de refrigeração e granulação do polímero solidificado, sendo que o ar de refrigeração ou o ar ambiente, que entra em contato com o polímero, apresenta uma fração de partículas de sólido de, no máximo, 10 ppm, preferivelmente, 5 ppm, de modo particularmente preferido, 0,5 ppm.
