Claims (9)
- 적어도 길이가 10m이고 중공이 기체로 채워진, 섬유길이 전체적으로 원통형 중공이 존재하는 구리 암모니아 재생셀룰로오스 중공사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유길이가 100m이상인 중공사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 벽두께가 2-60미크론이고, 중공의 단면직경이 50-800미크론인 중공사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유형태가 감긴 형태인 중공사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 함유기체가 공기, 한 기체성분, 또는 다른 성분끼리의 혼합물인 중공사.
- 제2항에 있어서, 벽두께가 5-40미크론인 중공사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유의 외경이 젖었을 때 25-50% 증가하는데 이 외경증가는 37℃ 수조에 1시간 동안 두었다가, 건조시의 외경과 비교하여 정의되는 중공사.
- 기체로 채워진, 섬유길이 전체에 있어 원통형인 중공을 가진 구리암모니아 재생셀룰로오스 중공사를 제조하는 1. 구리암모니아 셀룰로오스 방사액을, 중공을 가진 섬유로 만들기 위해 환영 오리피스를 통해 압출하되, 동시에 오리피스 중앙에 있는 주입관을 통해 공기를 주입시키고, 2. 이 압출섬유를 대기중에서 자유 낙하시키고, 오직 자유낙하력에 의해서 응고조에 2-20mm 깊이로 다이빙시키고, 3. 이 압출섬유를 응고조에 통과시켜 중공을 가진 섬유가 되게 하고, 4. 이것을 정제, 건조하는 단계로 이루어진 공정.
- 제8항에 있어서, 압출섬유를 30mm 아래로 다이빙시킬 때 응고조에 장치된 방향전환장치에 의해 그 깊이를 증가시키는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
