Claims (7)
- 최소한 제1 및 제2의 가변토출용량 유압펌프와, 상기 펌프에 의하여 구동되는 적어도 제1 및 제2의 작동기와, 펌프와 작동기 사이의 유압결합을 제어하는 밸브 수단등을 갖는 유압회로 장치의 제어시스템에 있어서, 상기 제 1의 작동기(4)와 상기 제1 및 제2의 펌프(1),(10) 사이의 유압 결합의 우선순위 및 상기 제2의 펌프(10)와 상기 제1 및 제2의 작동기(4),(40) 사이의 유압결합의 우선 순위를 결정하는 수단과, 상기 제1의 펌프(1)의 토출량이 최대로 된 것을 검출하는 제1의 검출수단과, 상기 제2의 펌프(10)의 토출량이 실질적으로 영으로 된 것을 검출하는 제2의 검출수단과, 최소한 상기 우선순위 결정수단 및 제1 및 제2의 검출수단으로 부터의 정보에 의거하여 제1 및 제2의 펌프(1),(10)의 목표 토출량을 결정하는 수단등을 가지며, 상기 제1의 작동기(4)에 공급되는 압유유량을 증가시킬 때에는 제1의 펌프(1)의 토출량이 최대로 된 후에 제2의 펌프(10)의 토출량을 실질적으로 영에서 증가시키고, 제1의 작동기(4)에 공급되는 압유 유량을 감소시킬 때에는 제2의 펌프(10)의 토출량이 실질적으로 영으로 된 후에 제1의 펌프(1)의 토출량을 감소시키도록 되어 있는 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 우선순위 결정수단은 제1의 작동기(4)의 작동을 지시하는 제1의 조작신호가 소정의 값보다 큰지의 여부를 판정하는 수단과, 제2의 작동기(40)의 작동을 지시하는 제2의 조작신호가 실질적으로 영인지의 여부를 판정하는 수단 등을 가지는 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목표토출량 결정수단이 제1의 작동기(4)의 작동은 지시하는 제1의 조작신호에 의거하여 제1의 펌프(1)의 목표토출량을 결정하는 제1의 수단과, 제1의 조작신호에 의거하여 제2의 펌프(10)의 목표토출량을 결정하는 제2의 수단과, 제2의 작동기(40)의 작동을 지시하는 제2의 조작신호에 의거하여 제2의 펌프(40)의 목표토출량을 결정하는 제3의 수단과, 상기 제1의 펌프(1)의 토출량이 최대인 한편 제2의 조작신호가 실질적으로 영일때에 제2의 펌프(10)의 목표토출량으로서 제2의 수단으로 결정된 목표 토출량을 선택하는 수단등을 가지는 제어시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 목표토출량 결정수단이, 상기 제2의 조작신호가 실질적으로 영이 아닐때에는 제2의 펌프(10)의 목표 토출량으로서 상기 제3수단으로 결정된 목표토출량을 선택하는 수단을 가지는 제어시스템.
- 제1항~제4항 중 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기 우선순위 판정수단 및 제2의 검출수단의 정보에 의거하여 밸브수단의 절환 타이밍을 결정하는 수단을 가지는 제어시스템.
- 제1항~제4항중 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기 목표토출량 결정수단의 정보에 의거하여 제1 및 제2의 펌프(1),(10)의 토출량 변화속도가 소정의 값을 초과하지 않도록 그 변화속도를 결정하는 수단을 가지는 제어시스템.
