The present invention is an arbitrary surface irregularities ( A method of providing a pattern, and more specifically, a clear unevenness corresponding to the area of the cosmetic material contacting it by stretching and deforming a sheet having a zone that is differently elastically deformed. It is trying to give a pattern.
Conventionally, as a method of giving an uneven pattern, it is embossed on the surface ( A patterned roller or plate is used, and the surface to be molded is mechanically pressed or a cosmetic material is poured into a mold. However, they can form a pattern faithfully to the mold, but the mold to be used is expensive, bad workability, and often requires complex auxiliary equipment and work.
Moreover, although the method of manufacturing the cosmetic material which has an uneven | corrugated pattern without using a metal mold | die has the method of selectively foaming or changing the grade of reaction, etc., it has the drawback that generally used material is limited.
The present invention has already been studied in order to easily display arbitrary irregularities, and as a result, various sheet resin films or the like are used to stretch or shrink when contact with a liquid having affinity therewith. Areas not affected by the liquid by printing or areas where the difference is set in contact with each other are provided so that the sheet film comes into contact with a cosmetic material layer containing a component that causes elastic deformation. And a method for producing one cosmetic material (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 52 (SEC 1977) -91061). In other words, the manufacturing method of the cosmetic material is a sheet provided with a zone having a difference between the area subjected to elastic deformation and the area not subjected to elastic deformation and / or the degree of elastic deformation by the components constituting the makeup layer on the untreated cosmetic layer. They are superimposed, and then subjected to a post-treatment suitable for the components constituting the makeup layer, and to form irregularities on the makeup layer in correspondence with the respective zones. Thereby, when a grain of wood pattern is printed on the sheet, for example, an uneven pattern corresponding to the grain of wood can be applied to the cosmetic material layer made of, for example, a concrete composition.
This invention improves the manufacturing method of a fraudulent cosmetic material. In other words, the uneven pattern obtained by the above method has an unclear boundary between the uneven part and the uneven part, lacks a visual effect appealing to the viewer, and the fidelity of the unevenness formed in the cosmetic layer to the pattern attached to the stretch sheet is still I could not say enough. For this reason, they did not get enough market value. On the other hand, as a result of further studies by the present inventors, it has been found that the above-described drawbacks can be solved at once by performing the elastic deformation of the sheet under pressure, and the sheet has a relatively large elastic deformation portion. It has been found that controllability can be controlled to a considerable extent by the magnitude of the pressure applied to the micro relief pattern generated in the corresponding cosmetic layer. Therefore, it was discovered that these effects are synergistic and a cosmetic material having improved appeal to the viewer can be obtained. The manufacturing method of the cosmetic material which has the surface asperity pattern of this invention is based on such knowledge, It is characterized by including the following process in more detail.
(1) Laminating the elastic deformation sheet in which the elastic deformation zone and the elastic deformation zone and / or the extent of the elastic deformation are different from those of the elastic deformation zone, and the curable cosmetic layer are laminated. (Iii) process.

It was unexpected for the present inventors to achieve remarkable design improvement as described above by the addition of pressure. In the method described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 52 (Sec. 1977) -91061 (hereinafter referred to as an atmospheric pressure method), irregularities are formed on the surface of the cosmetic material because the elastic deformation sheet swells with a solvent or the like. It is a force that stretches and contracts through phenomena such as (iii), and whether the part of the cosmetic material layer contacting the elastic deformation part becomes a recessed part or a convex part. It seems to be due only to the difference in affinity for the elastic deformation part. Thus, the stretchable deformation sheet is usually a thin resin film having a thickness of about 10 μm-2 mm, and the stretch deformation force given by such a thin resin film is not considered to be very large. Therefore, when the stretchable sheet is pressurized in a state of being laminated with the cosmetic material layer, it is considered that the unevenness forming force due to the stretch deformation of the sheet is lost, and the uneven pattern suitable for the cosmetic material layer is hardly obtained. However, according to the new findings of the present inventors, even if the pressure is different, when the pressure is applied to the laminate of the cosmetic layer and the elastic deformation sheet, the boundary between the irregularities applied to the surface of the cosmetic layer may become clear, and thus the visual irregularity difference may occur. On the contrary, it has been found that the surface pattern has been increased, and in addition to the above-described effects, it is possible to remarkably improve the shortcomings of the atmospheric pressure method.

1 to 5 illustrate the basic process of manufacturing a cosmetic material by the atmospheric pressure method. In addition, peeling of the sheet | seat (A) can be performed at the arbitrary time point hardened | cured so that the
In the above atmospheric pressure method, after laminating the sheet A as shown in Fig. 3, the lamination body is immediately shown in Fig. 6 at the time when the

Next, as the film-
Starting from such a film-like thing, the method for obtaining an expansion-contraction sheet A is demonstrated.
First, how the expansion-
However, a preferred embodiment is to utilize the affinity for the liquid of the film-like substance as mentioned above. That is, the above-described film-like article (hereinafter simply referred to as a film) is roughly classified into a hydrophilic film and a hydrophilic aqueous film (hereinafter referred to as a hydrophilic film). Hydrophilic films and solvent-soluble films are impregnated and swelled based on their affinity when they are in contact with water (including not only neutral but also acidic and alkaline) and non-aqueous solvents (including curable liquid resins). Or it is defined as a film having the property of stretching and partially dissolving. Whether the above-mentioned various films are hydrophilic or lipophilic depends on the hydrophilicity and lipophilic property of resin which comprises the film. In addition, the expansion and contraction of the sheet depends not only on the type of resin constituting the sheet, but also on the history of sheet production. Therefore, it is better to know the expansion and deformation characteristics in advance by applying or heating water or non-aqueous solvent for each sheet. .
To install the
Furthermore, starting from a non-stretchable film, the desired portion may be partially deteriorated by ultraviolet light or the like to increase the affinity for the liquid to form the
Regarding the selection of the stretchable deformation sheet A, the stretchable deformation portion 2 (thus usually the
In this case, time difference arises between a contact and pressurization, and extending | stretching deformation of the sheet | seat A to some extent may be unavoidable in the meantime. Therefore, in the present invention, the "shrinkage under pressure" means that the expansion and contraction of the film has already occurred, and the expansion and contraction of the film is fixed to the curable
In addition, when the elastic deformation sheet A does not satisfy the above-mentioned conditions, the elastic deformation sheet A is applied so that the surface opposite to the treated surface contacts the
In addition, although the above-mentioned case and the case where it mentions later are peeled of the expansion-deformation sheet | seat A, although it is normally performed, it is not essential and can be used as a cosmetic material with this being attached.
In the method of the present invention, the size of the pressure to be applied at the time of stretching and deforming the sheet A varies depending on the combination of the cosmetic material layer and the stretching
It is known that a hydrophilic polyvinyl alcohol film formed by a casting method is preferable as the stretchable sheet using the affinity for the liquid. In particular, a film product of polyvinyl alcohol (hereinafter abbreviated as "PVA") having a degree of polymerization of 700 or more and a saponification degree of 75 to 100% is preferable. Here, for example, if the degree of polymerization is 700 to 1000 and the degree of saponification is 75 to 85%, usable PVA is obtained. This is excellent in the durability of imparting irregularities to the cosmetic material layer, but since it dissolves in a high humidity state, it tends to integrate with the hydraulic cosmetic layer. Further, if the polymerization degree is 1600 to 1800 and the gumability is 95 to 100%, poorly soluble PVA is obtained. Since it is hard to melt | dissolve in a humid state, it can peel after giving an unevenness | corrugation to a cosmetic material layer.
PVA as a film raw material includes plasticizers, such as glycols, such as ethylene glycol and glycerin; Other additives such as cellulose derivatives such as methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl and cellulose, starches such as dextrin and star arch, polyacrylic acid derivatives such as polyacrylamide and polyacrylic acid methyl ester, and polyethers such as polyethylene oxide; Antifoaming agents such as higher alcohols such as octyl alcohol and silicone antifoaming agents; Viscosity and stabilizers, such as isobutyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, cyclohexane, cyclohexanol, pyridine, phenol, calcium rhodanol, and sodium rhodium, are added as needed to form an aqueous solution, and heated metal drums, rolls, A PVA film can be obtained by forming into a film by the casting method using the movable casting surface, such as a belt, and drying and heat-processing at 35-45 degreeC, for example. The casting surface can be left as desired without any desired gloss. Casting can also be carried out using a T-die or a rotary encoder. In addition, poor solubility can be increased by acetalization in sulfuric acid bath.
It is preferable to contain 2-50 weight% of at least 1 sort (s) of the said cellulose derivative, starch, a fucrylic acid derivative, and polyether in PVA from the point of uniformity of elastic deformation in the above. It is especially preferable to use at least one of acrylic acid amide, polyethylene oxide, methyl taxose and starch.
The above-mentioned PVA film is a particularly preferred hydrophilic stretch sheet because it sufficiently combines the following characteristics desired for the stretch sheet.
(A) Stretching and contracting sufficiently by any action of impregnation, swelling or partial dissolution in contact with a liquid.
(B) It is excellent in printability by the known printing method which is the easiest as a method of suppressing the affinity for the liquid taste of the film (1).
C) To easily peel off from the cosmetic layer after treatment, for this purpose, it is necessary to be excellent in mechanical properties even after deformation.
D) Inexpensive and excellent in mass production.
The ranges of the crystallinity, the degree of inspection, and the degree of polymerization of the above-described PVA are preferable in order to combine these characteristics most suitably.
In the above, the most basic aspect of this invention was demonstrated. However, the present invention can be practiced by various modifications as follows.
First, as shown in FIG. 7, the
Secondly, when the
In addition, when peeling the sheet | seat A as shown in FIG. 14, adhesiveness of the sheet | seat A and the
For example, the cosmetic composition of the uncured cosmetic layer may be one having good adhesion to the vehicle of the ink, or a component having good adhesion to the vehicle of the ink may be added to the cosmetic composition to add the cosmetic composition to the ink vehicle. When the sheet A is peeled off, the
In addition, when using a vehicle that dissolves in the curable cosmetic layer, for example, a hydraulic cosmetic material, the patterned layer including PVA, methyl cellulose, starch and the like and a coloring material is provided on the stretchable sheet, the irregularities are imparted to the cosmetic material layer. At the same time, the pattern layer can be transferred and colored at any place on the surface thereof. In addition, after forming the surface irregularities, it is easy to selectively apply paint to the recesses or to attach the paint only to the iron parts by a roll or the like, and for this purpose, the flat iron parts formed under pressure by the present method are also used. Is convenient.
In addition, when the
In addition, in order to obtain the elastic deformation sheet A, as shown in FIG. 19, the
In addition, in the practice of the present invention, the curable cosmetic layer can be formed by molding in a mold, and can also be formed by flat substrates such as flooring materials, inclined substrates such as roofs, vertical substrates such as walls, or ceilings. According to the base material, it can form by apply | coating curable cosmetics from the top which installed the base of the lath. A press by a flat plate may also be used to press the stretchable sheet through the elastic deformation sheet to the decorative material layer applied on the inclined base material, the vertical base material or the downward base material.
It is also effective to use a pharynx as a simple method.
As described above, when the
Thus, the cosmetic material obtained by the present invention has a unique surface uneven pattern, and can be applied to various fields such as interior materials such as walls and ceilings and exterior materials, various cosmetics, signs, packaging relations, etc. will be. Moreover, the surface is crimped | bonded to another curable cosmetic layer using an uneven | corrugated pattern, shaping | molding, and can also be used as a flat plate for manufacturing other cosmetics.
Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples.
Part" and "%" are basis of weights in an Example.

The coating composition is made by adding water of around 75% of the maximum amount of mixed water to the baked gypsum on the basis of 12mm thick gypsum board. Apply with a roll coater. Next, a 60 cm-thick cellophane film was used as a ink containing a nitrocellulose resin as a vehicle, and gravure printing of 5 cm x 10 cm tiled patterns at 1 cm intervals was performed to provide non-stretched deformation parts. The coating liquid quickly adheres to the cosmetic material layer in an uncured state.
This was pressed for 5 minutes at a pressure of 1 k /
The obtained product has a tile-shaped convex pattern corresponding to the printed pattern, and a clear micro-corrugated armament (approximately 3 mm unit) corresponding to the tailoring of the tile is placed in the area other than the printed pattern. In addition, a non-flammable gypsum cosmetic board having a fine unevenness and a clear border with a printed pattern was obtained by pressure.
