Abstract

인공 뼈는 바이오닉 뼈(11), 지지 기둥(12) 및 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조(13)를 포함하고, 상기 지지 기둥(12)과 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조(13)는 모두 상기 바이오닉 뼈(11)에 연결되며, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조(13)는 상기 지지 기둥(12)에 씌움 설치된다. 상기 인공 뼈는 원시 뼈(2)를 대체하고, 지지 기둥(12) 및 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조(13)를 동시에 설치하여 지지 기둥(12)이 피연결 원시 뼈의 연결단 외곽 위치에 삽입되어 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조(13)를 설치함으로써 골 세포의 부착 및 성장이 편리하도록 위치를 제공하고 인공 뼈와 원시 뼈(2)의 연결 위치가 더 견고하게 된다.

Description

인공 뼈
본 고안은 바이오닉 과학에 관한 것으로, 특히 인공 뼈에 관한 것이다.
과학기술의 발전과 더불어 인류의 수명이 점점 길어지고 있다. 그러나 나이가 많아짐에 따라 신체기능이 쇠퇴해 지거나 질병으로 인해 신체기능이 쇠퇴해지므로, 원 기관을 대체할 수 있는 바이오닉 기관이 절실히 필요하다.
상기 선행기술의 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 고안은 인공 뼈를 사용하여 원시 뼈를 대체하고, 지지 기둥 및 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 동시에 설치하여 인공 뼈와 원시 뼈 사이의 연결 및 후속적인 골 세포 성장에 유리한 인공 뼈를 제공한다.
본 고안은 상기 선행기술의 문제를 해결하고, 바이오닉 뼈, 지지 기둥 및 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 포함하고, 상기 지지 기둥과 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 모두 상기 바이오닉 뼈에 연결되며, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 상기 지지 기둥에 씌움 설치되는 인공 뼈를 제공한다.
본 고안은 아래와 같이 개선될 수 있다.
상기 지지 기둥의 자유단의 형상은 필요한 실제 상황 또는 환자 실제 상황에 따라 변한다.
상기 지지 기둥은 2개의 원기둥 및 2개의 상기 원기둥 사이에 위치한 프리즘이다.
상기 프리즘의 횡단면은 사각형이다.
상기 프리즘의 횡단면적은 상기 원기둥의 횡단면적보다 작다.
상기 지지 기둥은 피연결 원시 뼈의 연결단 내에 삽입될 수 있고, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 상기 피연결 원시 뼈의 연결단에 씌움 설치된다.
상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조의 공극의 형상 및 사이즈는 필요한 실제 상황 또는 환자 실제 상황에 따라 변한다.
상기 바이오닉 뼈는 상기 지지 기둥, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조와 일체 구조로 형성되거나; 또는 상기 지지 기둥, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 각각 나사산을 통해 상기 바이오닉 뼈에 연결되거나; 또는 상기 지지 기둥, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 각각 소결을 통해 상기 바이오닉 뼈에 연결된다.
선행기술에 비해 본 고안은 상기 인공 뼈를 사용하여 원시 뼈를 대체하고, 지지 기둥 및 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 동시에 설치하여 지지 기둥이 피연결 원시 뼈의 연결단에 삽입되어 지지 및 고정 작용을 한다. 피연결 원시 뼈의 연결단 외곽 위치에 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 설치함으로써 골 세포의 부착 및 성장이 편리하도록 위치를 제공하고 인공 뼈와 원시 뼈의 연결 위치가 더 견고하게 된다.

실시예
아래 도면 및 구체적인 실시형태를 결부하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명한다.
도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 인공 뼈는 바이오닉 뼈, 지지 기둥 및 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 포함하고, 지지 기둥과 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 모두 바이오닉 뼈에 연결되며, 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 지지 기둥에 씌움 설치된다. 인공 뼈를 사용하여 원시 뼈를 대체하고, 지지 기둥 및 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 동시에 설치하여 인공 뼈와 원시 뼈 사이의 연결 및 후속적인 골 세포 성장에 유리하다.
본 고안의 지지 기둥은 2개의 원기둥 및 2개의 원기둥 사이에 위치한 프리즘이고, 상기 프리즘의 횡단면은 사각형으로서 바이오닉 뼈의 매끈한 표면을 연삭, 연마 또는 폴리싱할 때의 고정 부분으로 사용될 수 있고, 지지 기둥과 원시 뼈 사이의 회전 이동을 방지할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 프리즘의 횡단면적은 원기둥의 횡단면적보다 작다. 상기 지지 기둥은 피연결 원시 뼈의 연결단 내에 삽입될 수 있고, 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 상기 피연결 원시 뼈의 연결단에 씌움 설치된다.
본 고안의 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조의 공극의 형상 및 사이즈는 필요한 실제 상황 또는 환자 실제 상황에 따라 변한다.
본 고안의 바이오닉 뼈는 대체될 원시 뼈의 3차원 데이터에 따라 제조되고, 지지 기둥은 원시 뼈의 골 경사도에 따라 제조된다. 인공 뼈의 제조 방법은 여러 가지가 있다. 첫 번째는 바이오닉 뼈를 지지 기둥, 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조와 일체 구조로 형성하되, 코발트-크롬 합금 또는 티타늄 합금을 사용하여 3차원 금속 프린터로 직접 프린팅하는 것이다. 두 번째는 바이오닉 뼈를 지지 기둥, 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조와 일체 구조로 형성하되, 티타늄 합금을 사용하여 먼저 3차원 금속 프린터로 직접 프린팅한 다음 표면에 코발트-크롬 합금을 도금하는 것이다. 세 번째는 지지 기둥, 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 각각 나사산을 통해 상기 바이오닉 뼈에 연결하는 것인데, 즉 코발트-크롬 합금을 사용하여 먼저 3차원 금속 프린터로 바이오닉 뼈를 직접 프린팅하고, 티타늄 합금을 사용하여 3차원 금속 프린터로 지지 기둥 및 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 직접 프린팅한 다음, 지지 기둥과 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 각각 나사산을 통해 바이오닉 뼈에 조립한다. 네 번째는 지지 기둥, 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 각각 소결을 통해 바이오닉 뼈에 연결하는 것인데, 즉 코발트-크롬 합금을 사용하여 먼저 3차원 금속 프린터로 바이오닉 뼈를 직접 프린팅하고, 티타늄 합금을 사용하여 3차원 금속 프린터로 지지 기둥 및 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 직접 프린팅한 다음, 지지 기둥과 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 각각 바이오닉 뼈에 소결한다.
앞에서 구체적인 바람직한 실시형태를 참조하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하였으나, 본 고안의 구체적인 형태가 이러한 설명에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 고안이 속한 기술분야의 통상의 기술자가 본 고안의 구상을 벗어나지 않는 전제하에서 진행한 간단한 추리 또는 대체는 모두 본 고안의 보호범위에 속한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 바이오닉 뼈, 지지 기둥 및 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조를 포함하고,
    상기 지지 기둥과 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 모두 상기 바이오닉 뼈에 연결되며, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 상기 지지 기둥에 씌움 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 뼈.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지 기둥의 자유단의 형상은 필요한 실제 상황 또는 환자 실제 상황에 따라 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 뼈.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 지지 기둥은 2개의 원기둥 및 2개의 상기 원기둥 사이에 위치한 프리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 뼈.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 프리즘의 횡단면은 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 뼈.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 프리즘의 횡단면적은 상기 원기둥의 횡단면적보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 뼈.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지 기둥은 피연결 원시 뼈의 연결단 내에 삽입될 수 있고, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 상기 피연결 원시 뼈의 연결단에 씌움 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 뼈.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조의 공극의 형상 및 사이즈는 필요한 실제 상황 또는 환자 실제 상황에 따라 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 뼈.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 바이오닉 뼈는 상기 지지 기둥, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조와 일체 구조이거나; 또는 상기 지지 기둥, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 각각 나사산을 통해 상기 바이오닉 뼈에 연결되거나; 또는 상기 지지 기둥, 상기 3차원 다공성 브라켓 구조는 각각 소결을 통해 상기 바이오닉 뼈에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 뼈.
