Claims (15)
내부에 기판이 처리되는 처리 공간을 가지는 공정 챔버와;
상기 처리 공간 내에서 상면에 기판을 지지하는 기판 지지 유닛과;
상기 기판 지지 유닛 상에 놓인 기판의 위치를 측정하는 위치 측정 유닛을 포함하되,
상기 상면의 직경은 기판의 직경보다 크게 제공되고,
상기 위치 측정 유닛은,
기판이 놓인 상기 상면의 수광 영역으로부터 반사되는 빛을 수광하는 수광 부재와;
상기 수광 부재로부터 수광된 빛의 광량을 측정하는 광량 측정 부재와;
상기 광량 측정 부재로부터 측정된 광량으로부터 상기 상면에 놓인 기판의 위치를 산출하는 위치 산출 부재;를 포함하고,
상기 수광 영역은 상기 상면의 가장자리 영역 중 일부 영역인 기판 처리 장치.A substrate processing apparatus for processing a substrate,
A processing chamber having a processing space in which a substrate is processed;
A substrate supporting unit for supporting a substrate on an upper surface in the processing space;

A light receiving member for receiving light reflected from the light receiving region of the upper surface on which the substrate is placed;
A light amount measuring member for measuring a light amount of light received from the light receiving member;
And a position calculating member for calculating a position of the substrate placed on the upper surface from the light amount measured from the light amount measuring member,
Wherein the light receiving region is a partial region of the edge region of the upper surface.
