Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lane display heat fusion tape and a lane display device using the same, and more particularly, by using a heat fusion tape made of a latex as a main raw material and heat-fused to a road surface by pressing while heating one surface thereof. The present invention relates to a heat fusion tape for displaying lanes and a lane display apparatus using the same.
In general, paved roads are provided with road markings for driving lanes of a certain width in order to guide the direction of travel of the road and to maintain the distance between cars.
Roads generally mean roads, highways, exits and entrances, access roads, passageways, pavements, walkways, and parking lots for vehicles such as cars, trucks, and bicycles. Roads are paved with asphalt or concrete in ordinary cement.
There are various types of road markings on the road. Information on the destination, such as speed limit and direction of travel, is directly applied on the road surface and displayed in letters or figures, and the lane and pedestrian safety indicating the driving direction of the car. It is represented by various letters or figures such as pedestrian crossing for road signs, and the road marking paints used in this are developed and used in various kinds.
Conventional road marking compositions may include vinyl alkyd, alkyd, acrylic, urethane or epoxy crab as an Alzide-based aqueous paint or solvent system.
Using such a composition, there was a problem that peeling or cracking occurred due to poor adhesiveness with the lane when applying the lane, and because the wear resistance of the surface was weak, glass beads adhered to the surface were easily detached due to friction with the automotive foil. There was a problem of deterioration.
And since the composition is to be applied by the painting method, it requires a certain equipment for this purpose, and requires a variety of equipment and time according to the background and the width and shape of the base for painting, and the accurate painting by paint The drawbacks are very difficult to work with.
Therefore, the problem of the present invention devised to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks can be easily supplied using a heat fusion tape prepared in the form of a tape, which is stripped from the coating method using paint, and the surface of the tape is heated. After the pressing process is to enable the display of the lane.
The present invention is characterized in that it is made of a heat fusion tape wound in the form of a tape and is melted by a heat source supplied from a heating apparatus and pressed on the surface of a road to be heat fused.
The present invention is wound in the form of a tape, the latex is 15 to 95% by weight, the supply device is installed and supplied with a heat fusion tape consisting of 5 to 85% by weight of the auxiliary;
A heating device installed in front of the supply device and heated to a temperature of 50 to 120 ° C. on a heat fusion tape;
Pressurizing the heat fusion tape is characterized in that consisting of a pressurizing device for heating and fusion fixed by heating the pressure of 20kg to 10 cm 3 on the surface of the road.
In the present invention, since the tape wound in a circular shape using a heat fusion tape prepared in the form of a tape away from the painting method using a paint, it can be easily supplied, and the position where the lane is marked after the surface of the tape is heated. The process of pressurizing from the upper side of the lane to enable the display of the lane integrally on the surface of the road by fusion, so that the display of the lane is simple and quick work is possible.
