Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a plug-out door, and more particularly, the plug-out door system which can reduce the risk of failure and malfunction due to its simple structure and improved reliability and durability of the moving part, and can reduce manufacturing and maintenance costs. It is about.
In general, a large vehicle such as a railroad car or a bus is provided with a door that automatically opens and closes so that a driver or a crew can open and close the door through a simple operation.
Such automatic opening and closing doors have various opening and closing structures, such as sliding or rotating, and are operated by various types of driving devices, such as electric or hydraulic.
For example, a hydraulic or electric door system is installed at a doorway of a subway (train) vehicle in which a pair of doors are opened and closed in a sliding manner.
Such a sliding door system has a relatively simple structure has the advantage of low manufacturing cost.
However, since the sliding door system has a structure in which the door cannot be in close contact with the vehicle body, the space between the door and the vehicle body is inevitably formed even when the door is closed.
Accordingly, the interior and exterior of the vehicle is not properly sealed, the external noise including the running noise of the vehicle is introduced into the room as it is, the energy required for cooling and heating is wasted, and due to the swing of the door during the driving of the vehicle. There is a problem that noise and vibration occurs.
In addition, due to the step formed between the outer wall surface of the door and the outer wall surface of the vehicle, drag and noise caused by air are greatly generated while the vehicle is running, and foreign matter is accumulated in the stepped portion between the vehicle body and the door, especially in winter. There is a problem that rain or water freezes to cause a malfunction or failure of the door.
The problems of the sliding door are aggravated as the driving speed of the vehicle increases, and the demand for higher speed of the vehicle increases.
Accordingly, a plug door system as exemplified in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 2011-0065558 has been proposed as a solution to solve this problem.
The plug door system is opened and closed in a manner that the door is inserted into the doorway, the door is moved to the front or rear of the doorway along the wall surface or inside the pocket of the vehicle body and then inserted into the doorway and closed in a state of being in close contact with the vehicle body. This is done, and the opening operation is performed in such a way that the door is pulled out of the doorway and then moved to the side of the doorway along the wall surface or inside the pocket of the vehicle body.
As described above, since the door is closed in close contact with the inside of the doorway, the sealing property by the door is improved, and noise and heat transfer between the vehicle interior and the outside are effectively blocked, and noise and vibration during driving due to the swing of the door are also prevented. .
In addition, since a step does not occur between the outer wall surface of the door and the outer wall surface of the vehicle, drag and noise generated by the air during driving are significantly reduced, and malfunctions, failures, etc. due to foreign matter or freezing are also prevented.
However, in the sliding method, the door is moved only in one axis direction, that is, in a direction along the wall of the vehicle, whereas the plug door system must move the door in two axes, that is, along the wall of the vehicle and in the front and rear directions of the doorway. And, since the movement in each direction must be properly interlocked, the power transmission structure, interlocking structure, support structure, etc. for the opening and closing operation of the door is inevitably complicated.
In particular, the conventional plug door system has a complex structure using a plurality of link members and lever members as a means for interlocking movement in each axial direction, takes a lot of manufacturing and maintenance costs, and takes up an excessive amount of installation space. There was a problem that the durability and reliability of the operating unit is poor.

The plug-out door system of the present invention shown in Figures 1 to 5 moves a pair of doors installed in the doorway of the vehicle in the same direction as the opening and closing direction of a conventional sliding door, that is, the direction along the wall of the vehicle, By moving in the front-rear direction of the entrance orthogonal to the first direction to open and close in a plug-out manner, the doors on both sides are moved along the first axial direction so that the doors on both sides are closer to or farther from each other by the rotation of the feed screw. Before or after the axial movement is made, the doors of each door are also moved along the second axial direction together by the rotation of the transfer screw, and the detailed configuration in which this operation is made is as follows.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the plug-out door system is screwed to the
The
To this end, the
In addition, the
In addition, the
In addition, the
That is, when a pair of the door (D) is provided as shown in the illustrated embodiment, the two doors (D) on both sides at the same time along the first axis direction at the same time in accordance with the rotation of one direction by one motor (M) Although it is illustrated that spirals in opposite directions are formed on both sides of the
However, in the case of the illustrated FIG. 1 shows an example in which the
In this case, as described above, it is an example of using one
In addition, one end of the
Therefore, the rotational force generated through the motor (M) is safely and accurately transmitted to the
On the other hand, in the following description, the names of the doors on both sides and the same components provided in each door are used the same, and in the case where it is necessary to distinguish between the two sides, the first and the second are added at the beginning. Let's do it.
The sliding
At this time, the
In this case, the connecting
In particular, these components are rigid because they are mechanical connecting means, so that the upper end of the connecting
On the other hand, between the sliding
In this case, the second
In addition, the second
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the plugging
Accordingly, the second
That is, if the first axis direction is the x-axis, the second axis direction is the y-axis so that the xy rectangular coordinate system is implemented, and the sliding
In addition, an upper end of the door D is fixed to the bottom of the plugging
In addition, as shown in Figures 2, 3, 4, 7, the interlocking
On the other hand, the plugging
2 to 5, the plugging
At this time, the
In addition, the
In this case, preferably, the
Lastly, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6 and 7, the
At this time, an upper end of the
The lower end of the door D is assembled to be slidable along the door guide G, and the door guide G is fixed to the
Referring to the operation of the plug-out door system of the present invention configured as described above are as follows.
First, when the closing operation is performed in the state in which the door D is opened, the
In other words, the
When both doors D are located close to each other, as shown in FIG. 3, the interlocking
Accordingly, the plugging
At the same time, the rear end of the plugging
As described above, in the plug-out door system of the present invention, the door D is inserted into the doorway and closed to be in close contact with the vehicle body, so that the door D is excellently sealed between the inside and the outside of the vehicle, thereby making noise. And heat transfer is effectively blocked, noise and vibration during driving due to the swing of the door (D) can also be prevented.
In addition, since a step does not occur between the outer wall surface of the door D and the outer wall surface of the vehicle, drag and noise generated by the air during driving are significantly reduced, and a malfunction, failure, etc. due to foreign matter or freezing can be prevented.
In addition, the plug-out door system of the present invention is the first axial movement (sliding) and the second axial movement (plugging) of the door (D) by one
In particular, since the sliding and plugging of the door is interlocked through a simple lever structure without using a complicated link structure such as a conventional plug out door system, the structure can be further simplified, downsized, and lightweight.
On the other hand, the plug-out door system of the present invention can be applied to a door opening and closing system of various uses such as not only a vehicle door but also an elevator door, a door for a building or a facility.
In addition, in the above-described embodiment, a structure for simultaneously opening and closing a pair of doors is illustrated, but is not limited thereto, and may be applied to a structure for opening or closing only one door or simultaneously opening or closing two or more doors.
On the other hand, the process of opening the door (D) is made of the reverse process described above, it is a process of maintaining the same state as shown in FIG.
The present invention described above is not limited to the above-described embodiment and the accompanying drawings, and various substitutions, modifications, and changes are possible within the scope without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention. It will be evident to those who have knowledge of.
