Claims (10)
- 유효데이터 및 흑색데이터에 대응되는 구동신호(output #1~output#N)를 생성하여 디스플레이 패널에 전달하는 디스플레이 구동회로에 있어서,상기 유효데이터 및 상기 흑색데이터 중 하나를 선택하는 N(N은 정수)개의 데이터선택스위치(SW11~SWN1);상기 데이터선택스위치(SW11~SWN1)에서 선택된 신호를 각각 버퍼링 하는 N개의 버퍼(501~504);상기 버퍼(501~504)의 출력을 스위칭하여 상기 구동신호(output#1~output#N)를 각각 출력하는 N개의 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW12~SWN2); 및이웃하는 2개의 구동신호(output #1~output#N)를 서로 연결시키는 복수 개의 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,흑색데이터를 해당 화소에 전달하는 흑색데이터(Black Data) 전달구간은 전하분배구간(TCS) 및 흑색데이터 삽입구간(TBDI)으로 구분되며,상기 전하분배구간(TCS)에는, 상기 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW12~SWN2)는 턴 오프 되며 상기 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 온 되며,상기 흑색데이터삽입구간(TBDI)에는 상기 데이터선택스위치(SW11~SWN1)는 상기 흑색데이터를 선택하며 상기 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW12~SWN2)는 턴 온 되고 상기 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 오프 되며,유효데이터를 해당 화소에 전달하는 유효데이터(Valid Data) 전달구간동안에는, 상기 데이터선택스위치(SW11~SWN1)는 상기 유효데이터(Valid Data)를 선택하고 상기 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW12~SWN2)는 턴 온 되며 상기 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 오프 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,유효데이터를 해당 화소에 전달하는 유효데이터(Valid Data) 전달구간은 전하분배구간(TCS) 및 유효데이터 삽입구간(TVD)으로 구분되며,상기 전하분배구간(TCS) 동안에는 상기 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW12~SWN2)는 턴 오프 되고 상기 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 온 되며,상기 유효데이터 삽입구간(TVD)동안에는 상기 데이터선택스위치(SW11~SWN1)는 상기 유효데이터를 선택하며, 및 상기 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW12~SWN2)는 턴 온 되고 상기 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 오프 되며,흑색데이터를 해당 화소에 전달하는 흑색데이터(Black Data) 전달구간동안에는 상기 데이터선택스위치(SW11~SWN1)는 상기 흑색데이터를 선택하고 상기 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW12~SWN2)는 턴 온 되며 상기 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 오프 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 구동회로.
- 유효데이터 또는 흑색데이터에 대응되는 구동신호(output #1~output#N)를 생성하여 디스플레이 패널에 전달하는 디스플레이 구동회로에 있어서,상기 유효데이터를 버퍼링 하는 N(N은 정수)개의 버퍼(601~604);상기 버퍼(601~604)의 출력을 스위칭하여 상기 구동신호(output#1~output#N)를 각각 출력하는 N개의 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW11~SWN1);상기 흑색데이터를 스위칭하여 상기 구동신호(output#1~output#N)를 각각 출력하는 N개의 흑색데이터선택스위치(SW12~SWN2);이웃하는 2개의 구동신호(output#1~output#N)를 서로 연결하는 복수 개의 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 구동회로.
- 제4항에 있어서,흑색데이터를 해당 화소에 전달하는 흑색데이터(Black Data) 전달구간은 전 하분배구간 및 흑색데이터삽입구간으로 구별되며,상기 전하분배구간에는 상기 N개의 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW11~SWN1) 및 상기 N개의 흑색데이터선택스위치(SW12~SWN2)는 턴 오프 되고 상기 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 온 되며,상기 흑색데이터삽입구간에는 상기 N개의 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW11~SWN1) 및 상기 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 오프 되고 상기 N개의 흑색데이터선택스위치(SW12~SWN2)는 턴 온 되며,유효데이터를 해당 화소에 전달하는 유효데이터 전달구간동안에는, 상기 N개의 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW11~SWN1)는 턴 온 되고, 상기 N개의 흑색데이터선택스위치(SW12~SWN2) 및 상기 복수 개의 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 오프 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 구동회로.
- 제4항에 있어서,유효데이터를 해당 화소에 전달하는 유효데이터(Valid Data) 전달구간은 전하분배구간(TCS) 및 유효데이터 삽입구간(TVD)으로 구분되며,상기 전하분배구간(TCS) 동안에는 상기 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW11~SWN1) 및 상기 N개의 흑색데이터선택스위치(SW12~SWN2)는 턴 오프 되고 상기 전하분배스위 치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 온 되며,상기 유효데이터 삽입구간(TVD)동안에는 상기 N개의 흑색데이터선택스위치(SW12~SWN2) 및 상기 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 오프 되고 상기 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW11~SWN1)는 턴 온 되며,흑색데이터를 해당 화소에 전달하는 흑색데이터(Black Data) 전달구간 동안에는 상기 버퍼출력선택스위치(SW11~SWN1) 및 상기 전하분배스위치(SWCS1~SWCS(N-1))는 턴 오프 되고 상기 N개의 흑색데이터선택스위치(SW12~SWN2)는 턴 온 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 구동회로.
- 유효데이터(Valid Data) 또는 흑색데이터(Black Data)에 대응되는 구동신호(output #1~output#N)를 생성하여 디스플레이에 전달하는 디스플레이 구동방법에 있어서,유효데이터에 대응되는 구동신호를 디스플레이에 전달하는 유효데이터 삽입 단계;적어도 2개의 화소들에 충전된 전하들을 서로 분배하는 전하분배단계; 및흑색데이터에 대응되는 구동신호를 디스플레이에 전달하는 흑색데이터 삽입단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 구동방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 전하분배단계 동안에는 상기 유효데이터 및 상기 흑색데이터에 대응되는 구동신호가 상기 화소에 전달되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 구동방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 디스플레이를 구동하는 순서는,상기 전하분배단계, 상기 흑색데이터 삽입단계 및 상기 유효데이터 삽입단계의 순서를 반복하거나,상기 전하분배단계, 상기 유효데이터 삽입단계 및 상기 흑색데이터 삽입단계 의 순서를 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 구동방법.
