Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 암석의 보어홀 내에 그라우팅되는 암석 볼트이며,긴 원통형의 중실형 스템(1)을 포함하고, 상기 스템(1)은 상기 스템(1)의 보어홀 표면부에 나사부(3a)를 가지며, 상기 나사부(3a)에 보어홀 내의 암석 볼트를 사전 인장하도록 구성된 하나 이상의 너트(3b) 및 하나 이상의 와셔, 쉬브 또는 면판(3c)이 제공되고,상기 스템(1)은 길이가 긴 스템부(1s)를 3개 이상 포함하고, 각각의 스템부에는 일체형 앵커(2a, 2b, 2c, ...)가 뒤따르고, 상기 앵커(2a, 2b, 2c, ...)는 상기 스템부(1s)의 범위에 비해 짧은 범위를 가지며, 상기 앵커(2a, 2b, 2c, ...)는 상기 스템(1)의 길이를 따라 간격(La)을 두고 분포되고,상기 앵커(2a, 2b, 2c, ...)는 암석 변형으로 인해 발생되는 하중을 흡수하기 위해 대응하는 국소 보어홀 벽 부분에 대해 국소적으로 고정되고,상기 스템부(1s)는 그라우트 또는 보어홀에 대해 미끄러지도록 구성되고, 따라서 각각의 상기 스템(1s)은 국소 고정된 선행 앵커(2a, 2b, ...)와 국소 고정된 연속 앵커(2b, 2c, ...)의 쌍들 사이의 상기 스템부의 신장을 통해 국소 암석 변형을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스템부(1s)의 길이 대 상기 앵커의 길이의 비는 5 대 1 내지 40 대 1인암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 앵커 간격은 약 0.55m이고 상기 앵커 길이는 약 0.05m인암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 앵커(2) 들의 간격(La)은 동일한 길이인암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스템(1)은 강철로 만들어진 일체형 앵커(2)를 갖는암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스템부(1s)는 상기 앵커(2)에 비해 단위 길이당 더 높은 변형 능력을 갖도록 구성되는암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일체형 앵커(2)는 경화되는암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 앵커(2)의 제1 항복 강도는 상기 스템부(1s)의 제2 항복 강도보다 높은암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스템부(1s)는 그라우트 또는 국소 보어홀 벽 주연부에 대해 미끄러지도록 매끈한 표면을 갖는암석 볼트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 볼트는 기계적으로 연마되거나 또는 전기 연마되는암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스템부(1s)에는 미끄럼층(6)이 제공되는암석 볼트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼층(6)은 왁스 또는 페인트인암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스템(1s)은 상기 경화된 그라우트에 속박되지 않도록 표면 처리되는암석 볼트.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 스템(1)의 표면 처리는 상기 스템(1) 상에 금속 산화물 층이 추가되는 것과 같은 화학적 처리인암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 앵커(2)는 큰 하중을 받을 때 인접한 그라우트를 변위 및 변형시킴으로써 에너지를 분산시키도록 테이퍼 형상을 갖는암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나사부(3a)는 상기 스템(1)의 유효 직경과 동일하거나 또는 그보다 큰 유효 직경을 갖는암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나사부(3a)는 경화되는암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스템(1)의 바닥 구멍 단부에는 단부 믹서(4)가 제공되는암석 볼트.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 단부 믹서(4)는 앵커(2)로 구성되는암석 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스템부(1s)의 길이 대 상기 앵커의 길이의 비는 10 대 1인암석 볼트.
