Abstract
본 발명은 중하중 차량용 타이어에 관한 것이다. 종래에 중하중 차량의 벨트부를 보강하기 위하여 하나의 코일을 헬리컬하게 와인딩하여 보강벨트를 설치하여서 된 타이어가 제공된 바 있다. 이는 벨트 보강에 탁월한 효과를 가지나 광폭의 타이어에 한가닥의 코일을 감는데 지나치게 많은 시간이 소요되는 결점이 있었다. 이에, 제작의 편리를 위하여 다수의 코드를 결합하여서 된 벨트 스트립을 헬리컬하게 감아 벨트층을 보강하는 기술이 제공된 바 있으나 이는 벨트스트립의 양 끝단에 절단부가 넓게 형성되는 결점이 있다. 이에 본 발명은 여러 가닥의 코드를 동시에 헬리컬하게 감아 제작 시간을 단축시키면서, 나아가, 각 가닥의 와인딩 시작점을 서로 달리함으로서 각 코일의 시작점과 끝단을 이격시키어 코일끝단의 응력을 분산시킬 수 있게 한 벨트부 보강 타이어를 제공할 수 있게 한 것임.The present invention relates to a tire for a heavy load vehicle.
