Claims (12)
- 밴드 단부들 중 하나의 밴드 단부(12) 내의 개구(13), 및 클램프의 폐쇄 상태에서 개구(13)와 맞물려서 상호 중첩하는 밴드 단부들(12, 23)을 서로 유지시키는 나머지 밴드 단부(23) 상의 돌출부를 포함하는 폐쇄 수단(13, 18)과,폐쇄 상태와 조임 상태 사이에서 클램프의 원주 길이를 감소시킴으로써 클램프를 조이기 위한 조임 수단(15)을 포함하는 폐쇄 상태에서 중첩하는 밴드 단부들(12, 23)을 갖고 밴드(10)로 형성된 클램프에 있어서,클램프의 조임 상태에서 상호 중첩하는 밴드 단부들(12, 23) 사이에서 작용하는 인장력을 효과적으로 전송하기 위해 폐쇄 수단(13, 18)으로부터 분리된 힘 전송 수단(14, 19)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 힘 전송 수단(14, 19)은 하나의 밴드 단부(12) 내에 형성된 제1 컵 형상의 융기부(14)와, 클램프의 폐쇄 상태에서 제1 컵 형상의 융기부와 맞물리도록 나머지 밴드 단부(23) 내에 형성된 제2 컵 형상의 융기부(19)를 포함하는 클램프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 2개의 컵 형상의 융기부(14, 19)는 내부 융기부(19) 내의 조임 수단(15)에 인접하고 외부 융기부(14) 내의 조임 수단(15)으로부터 멀어지는 영역에서 적어도 둥글게 형성되는 클램프.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 2개의 융기부(14, 19)는 밴드 표면에 평행하게 취해진 단면에서 원형인 클램프.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 융기부의 내부 직경은 나머지 융기부(19)의 외부 직경보다 큰 클램프.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 융기부(14, 19)는 클램프의 밴드(10)로부터 딥-드로잉되는 클램프.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폐쇄 수단(13, 18)은 하나의 밴드 단부(23) 내에 형성되고 밴드의 종방향으로 연장되는 슬롯(19)과, 슬롯(13)을 통해 연장되도록 나머지 밴드 단부(12) 밖으로 굴곡된 탭(18)을 포함하는 클램프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폐쇄 수단(13, 18)은 클램프의 폐쇄 상태에서 내부 밴드 단부인 밴드 단부(23) 내의 2개의 평행 탭(18)을 포함하고, 상기 평행 탭은 외부 밴드 단부(12) 내의 상응하는 평행한 슬롯(13)을 통해 연장되고 서로 절첩되도록 구성되는 클램프.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 힘 전송 수단(14, 19)은 폐쇄 수 단(13, 18)에 근접하게 배치되는 클램프.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 힘 전송 수단(14, 19)은 클램프의 폐쇄 상태에서 외부 밴드 단부인 밴드 단부(12)의 자유 단부(11)로부터 멀어지는 폐쇄 수단(13, 18)의 측면 상에 배치되는 클램프.
- 제2항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 컵 형상의 융기부(14)의 내부 직경은 3.5 내지 4.0 mm이고 나머지 컵 형상의 융기부(19)의 외부 직경보다 0.2 내지 0.4 mm만큼 더 크며, 밴드(10)의 폭이 8 내지 15 mm이고, 밴드 두께가 0.6 내지 1.0 mm인 클램프.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조임 수단(15)은, 밴드(10)로 형성되고 클램프의 비조임 상태에서 밴드(10)에 수직으로 연장하는 2개의 다리부(26)와 다리부의 외부 단부들을 연결시키는 브리지부(27)를 구비하는 귀형상부를 포함하는 클램프.
