Abstract
본 고안은 연약지반용 복공판에 관한 것이다. 복공판은 흔히 지하철 공사나 지하매설 공사를 할 때 차량의 통행을 위하여 공사장 천정으로 조립되는 강철구조물이다. 본 고안은 이러한 기존의 목적과 달리 연약지반에 차량의 진입로를 가설할 때 노면을 조성하기 위한 목적으로 개발된 것이다.
다수개의 단위채널(7)을 용접하여 상판을 조립하고 좌, 우에 측면판을 결합하고 저면은 개방된 통상의 복공판에 있어서, 본체(1)의 좌, 우 양단에는 각각 암, 수 힌지 브라켓(2)(3)을 용접하여 설치하는 한편, 본체(1)의 저면은 좌, 우 측면판(4)(5)이 이어지도록 저면판(6)으로 마감한 구성을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안은 연약지반에 손쉽게 조립하여 임시도로를 가설할 수 있으며, 가설 후에도 저면판이 지면에 접촉하는 면적이 넓으므로 차량이나 중장비의 하중을 충분히 견딜 수 있다. 또한 비가와도 가설도로가 유실되는 위험이 없고 손쉽게 해체하여 다시 사용할 수 있으므로 공기의 단축은 물론 건설비를 크게 절감할 수 있다.
