Abstract

A hinge structure for a flap door of a commercial vehicle is provided to reduce the prime cost by simplifying the structure and work processes, improve durability thereof, and accordingly prevent the flap door from drooping. A hinge structure for a flap door of a commercial vehicle comprises a hinge pin(12), a roller(15), and a roller guide(14). The hinge pin supports the flap door to a vehicle body pivotably. The roller is mounted to the flap door to be rotatable. The roller guide guides movement of the roller and functions as a leaf spring when the flap door is opened and closed. One end of a mounting bracket(11) is fixed to the flap door, whereas the other end of the mounting bracket comprises two bridges(11a,11b) distanced from each other by a predetermined interval and curved in an arc form fit with the hinge pin. The roller is disposed in a space between the two bridges. A roller shaft is rotatably mounted to the bridges. One end of the roller guide is fit with the hinge pin. The other end of the roller guide has a U-shape to fit with the roller and guide movement of the roller.
