Claims (28)
- 조직의 촬상된 형태적 특성에 있어 분석물의 농도분포를 판정하는 생체정보촬상장치에 있어서,특정의 파장성분을 갖는 광을 발생하는 광발생부,상기 광발생부에 의해서 발생된 광을 피검생체에 조사하는 광조사부,상기 광발생부에 의해서 발생된 광을 상기 광조사부로 유도하는 도파수단,상기 광조사부에 의해서 조사된 광에 의해서 상기 피검생체에서 생성된 음향파를 복수의 배열형 전기음향변환소자를 사용하여 전기신호로 변환하는 제1 전기음향변환수단,상기 제1 전기음향변환수단에 의해서 얻어진 상기 신호에 기초하여 제1 영상데이터를 생성하는 제1 영상데이터 생성수단,초음파를 상기 피검생체에 송신하는 초음파송신수단,상기 초음파송신수단에 의해서 송신되고, 상기 피검생체의 내부에서 반사된 상기 초음파의 성분을 복수의 배열형 전기음향변환소자를 사용하여 전기신호로 변환하는 제2 전기음향변환수단,상기 제2 전기음향변환수단에 의해서 얻어진 신호에 기초하여 제2 영상데이터를 생성하는 제2 영상데이터 생성수단,상기 제1 영상데이터와 상기 제2 영상데이터를 표시하는 표시수단, 및주위의 4개의 배열형 전기음향변환소자에 둘러싸인 복수의 스페이스로 설치 된 복수의 광로를 구비하고,상기 제1 전기음향변환수단의 상기 복수의 전기음향변환소자 중에서 적어도 하나는 상기 제2 전기음향변환수단의 상기 복수의 전기음향변환소자 중 적어도 하나로서 공통으로 사용되고,상기 제1의 전기음향변환수단, 상기 초음파송신수단, 및 상기 제2 전기음향변환수단은 복수의 압전진동자로서 공통으로 형성되고,상기 복수의 압전진동자는 매트릭스 형상으로 소정의 간격으로 배치되고,상기 압전진동자의 사이의 간극에는 광로가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도파수단은 복수의 광섬유로 구성되고,상기 광섬유의 일방의 단부는 상기 광조사부에 개구되어 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전기음향변환수단의 상기 복수의 전기음향변환소자는 상기 복수의 광섬유 개구부의 배열방향과 동일방향으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광섬유 개구부와 상기 복수의 전기음향변환소자는 1차원으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광섬유 개구부와 상기 복수의 전기음향변환소자는 동일 평면상에 2차원으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광섬유 개구부는 상기 전기음향변환소자가 배열되는 때 형성된 간극에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 전기음향변환수단은 상기 복수의 전기음향변환소자 중에서 인접하는 복수의 전기음향변환소자를 선택하여 이용해서 상기 음향파를 전기신호로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제1 영상데이터생성수단은 상기 제1 전기음향변환수단에 의해서 선택된 상기 전기음향변환소자에 의해서 얻어진 복수의 전기신호에 대해서 정상가산처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광섬유로부터 하나 이상의 광섬유를 선택하고 상기 광조사부에 광을 공급하는 광주사수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제1 전기음향변환수단에 의해서 선택된 복수의 전기음향변환소자 사이의 중심위치는 상기 광주사수단에 의해서 선택된 광섬유의 상기 광조사부에 있어서 개구위치와 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전기음향변환수단의 상기 전기음향변환소자는 압전 단결정으로부터 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전기음향변환소자는 상기 광조사부와 상기 피검생체 사이에 배치되고,상기 광조사부로부터 출력된 광은 상기 전기음향변환소자를 투과해서 상기 피검생체에 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 3 항 및 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 광조사부의 상기 복수의 광섬유 개구부의 배열밀도는 상기 복수의 전기음향변환소자의 배열밀도보다 더 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 광조사부와 상기 복수의 배열형 전기음향변환소자 사이에 광학렌즈를 추가로 구비하고,상기 광학렌즈는 상기 광조사부로부터 출력된 광의 스폿 크기를 상기 전기음향변환소자의 배열방향으로 소정의 폭으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 광학렌즈와 상기 전기음향변환소자의 사이에 슬릿판을 추가로 구비하고,상기 슬릿판은 상기 광학렌즈에서 출력된 광의 빔폭을 상기 전기음향변환소자의 배열방향에 직교하는 슬라이스 방향으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 영상데이터생성부는 상기 제2 전기음향변환수단에 의해서 수집된 수신신호로부터 고조파성분을 추출하여 영상데이터를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 영상데이터를 생성하기 위한 상기 광조사부로부터 광의 조사와 상기 제2 영상데이터를 생성하기 위한 상기 초음파송신수단으로부터의 초음파의 송신은 교대로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 광조사부로부터의 광의 조사와 상기 초음파송신수단으로부터의 초음파의 송신은 복수의 방향 각각으로 교대로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광조사부가 복수의 방향으로 광을 순차로 조사하여 1개 프레임에 대응하는 상기 제1 영상데이터가 생성된 후, 상기 초음파송신수단은 상기 복수의 방향으로 초음파를 순차로 송신하여 1개 프레임에 대응하는 제2 영상데이터를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 영상데이터의 생성하기 위한 상기 광조사부로부터의 광의 조사와 상기 제2 영상데이터를 생성하기 위한 상기 초음파송신수단으로부터의 초음파의 송신은 동시에 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표시수단은 제1 및 제2 영상데이터를 동일한 모니터에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 표시수단은 상기 제1 및 제2 영상데이터를 중첩/표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 표시수단은 제1 및 제2 영상데이터를 다른 색으로 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광조사부는 상기 초음파송신수단이 초음파를 발생할 때와 동시에 광을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 전기음향변환수단, 상기 초음파송신수단, 및 상기 제2 전기음향변환수단은 압전진동자로서 공통으로 형성되고,상기 복수의 압전진동자는 다심광섬유테이프의 양측의 각각에 일렬로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 전기음향변환수단, 상기 초음파송신수단, 및 상기 제2 전기음향변환수단은 압전진동자로서 공통으로 형성되고,상기 압전진동자의 쌍은 광섬유와 함께 플렉시블 프린트기판에 접착되어 진동자판을 형성하고,상기 복수의 진동자판은 서로 적층되어 접착제에 의해서 서로 일체로 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 조직의 촬상된 형태적 특성에 있어 물질의 농도분포를 판정하는 생체정보촬상장치에 있어서,피검생체에 광을 조사하는 광조사수단,상기 피검생체에 초음파를 송신하는 초음파송신수단,상기 조사광에 의해서 상기 피검생체에서 생성된 음향파 또는 상기 송신초음 파를 수신하여 전기신호로 변환하는 전기음향변환수단,상기 전기음향변환수단으로부터 출력된 전기신호를 수신하고 상기 조사광으로부터 기인하는 음향파에 기초하여 제1 영상데이터를 생성하는 제1 영상데이터 생성수단,상기 전기음향변환수단으로부터 출력된 전기신호를 수신하고 상기 송신초음파로부터 기인하는 음향파에 기초하여 제2 영상데이터를 생성하는 제2 영상데이터 생성수단,상기 제1 및 제2 영상데이터를 표시하는 표시수단, 및주위의 4개의 배열형 전기음향변환소자에 둘러싸인 복수의 스페이스로 설치된 복수의 광로를 구비하고,상기 초음파송신수단은 상기 전기음향변환수단으로서 부분적으로 공통으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
- 제 27 항에 있어서,상기 표시수단은 제1 및 제2 영상데이터를 단일 모니터 상에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체정보촬상장치.
