Claims (13)
- 기판과,상기 기판 상에 매트릭스형으로 배열된 복수의 제 1 전극과,상기 기판 상에 형성되며, 상기 복수의 제 1 전극을 각각으로 구획하는 벽형절연층과,상기 복수의 제 1 전극 각각의 위에 형성된 발광유기층과,상기 벽형절연층 상에 형성된 보조전극과,상기 벽형절연층, 상기 보조전극, 및 상기 발광유기층의 표면 전체를 피복하도록 형성되고, 이 보조전극에 전기적으로 접속되며, 상기 발광유기층의 광을 투과시키는 제 2 전극을 구비하는 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보조전극은, 상기 벽형절연층의 일부분에 형성되며,상기 보조전극이 형성된 벽형절연층 부분은 이 보조전극이 형성되지 않은 부분보다 폭이 넓은, 유기발광소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보조전극이 형성된 벽형절연층 부분의 폭은 상기 보조전극이 형성되지 않은 부분 폭의 2 배 이상인, 유기발광소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상호 인접하는 복수의 상기 발광유기층에 의해 각각의 화소가 구성되며,상기 보조전극은, 상기 벽형절연층 중, 상기 복수의 화소를 각각으로 구획하는 폭 넓은 부분 상에 형성되는, 유기발광소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광유기층은, 각각 발광색이 다른 복수 종류의 발광재료 중 어느 한 가지로 형성되며,상기 발광유기층은 그 발광색에 따라 상호 발광면적이 다르며,상기 보조전극은, 상기 벽형절연층 중 발광면적이 가장 작은 발광유기층에 인접하는 폭 넓은 부분 상에 형성되는 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보조전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에 형성되며, 이 보조전극과 이 제 2 전극을 연통시키는 스루홀이 형성된 발액층을 추가로 구비하며,상기 제 2 전극은 상기 스루홀을 경유하여 상기 보조전극에 전기적으로 접속되는, 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보조전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에 형성된 단분자층으로 이루어지는 발액층을 추가로 구비하는 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광유기층이 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 발광재료를 포함하는, 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 유기발광소자를 구비하는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 유기발광소자를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,습식도포법으로 잉크를 도포하는 도포공정과,상기 도포공정에 의해 도포된 상기 잉크를 건조시킴으로써 상기 발광유기층을 형성하는 건조공정을 포함하는 유기발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,유기용매를 퉁겨내는 성질을 갖는 재료로 상기 벽형절연층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 보조전극의 표층에 발액층을 형성하기 위해 발액처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 발액처리로서, 산소 플라즈마처리 및 4불화탄소 플라즈마처리 중 적어도 어느 한 가지를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자의 제조방법.
