Claims (15)
- 적어도 하나의 배기관(3)을 포함하며,상기 배기관(3)은 배기가스에 함유된 긴사슬탄화수소가 분해되는 적어도 하나의 촉매활성반응공간(4)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차연소엔진(2)용 배기장치(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 반응공간(4)은 230℃ 이하의 온도, 특히 100℃ 이하의 온도에서 이미 긴사슬탄화수소를 분해하는 매우 높은 산성도를 갖는 촉매를 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매(5)는 활성화규산알루미늄(6)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 반응공간(4)은 상기 촉매(5)에 대해 지지체 역할을 하는 적어도 하나의 하니콤(7)을 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치(1).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하니콤(7)은 다수의 적어도 부분적으로 구성된 시트금속층(8)을 가지며, 상기 금속층(8)은 배기가스가 관통하여 유동할 수 있는 통로(9)가 형성되는 방법으로 적층 및/또는 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치(1).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응공간(4)은 배기의 유동방향(10)으로 밸브(11)의 상류에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치(1).
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(11)는 배기가스재순환장치(12)의 일부이며 배기가스재순환관(13)을 관통하는 배기유동을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치(1).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배기가스냉각기(14)는 상기 배기유동방향(10)으로 상기 적어도 하나의 반응공간(4)의 상류에 배치되며/되거나 상기 적어도 하나의 반응공간(4) 자체는 냉각될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치(1).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 반응공간(4)은 0.8ℓ미만, 특히 0.5ℓ미만, 바람직하게는 심지어 0.2ℓ미만의 체적(15)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치(1).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배기장치(1)는 배기에 함유된 유해물질을 변화시키기 위한 구성요소(16, 17, 18)를 가지며, 상기 구성요소(16,17,18)는 상기 적어도 하나의 반응공간(4)의 상류 및/또는 하류에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치(1).
- 배기에 함유된 긴사슬탄화수소가 분해되는 적어도 하나의 촉매활성반응공간(4)을 배기가스가 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치(1), 특히 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 자동차연소엔진(2)용 배기장치(1)의 작동방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 반응공간(4)에서 적어도 일부가 분해되는 배기가스는 배기의 일부 흐름을 연소엔진(2)으로 반환하는 배기가스재순환장치(12)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 반응공간(4)으로 들어가는 배기가스 및/또는 상기 반응공간(4) 자체는 작동시 상기 반응공간(4) 내의 온도가 230℃ 이하로 유지되는 방법으로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동방법.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배기에 함유된 긴사슬탄화수소의 적어도 50%, 특히 적어도 80%는 적어도 하나의 반응공간(4), 바람직하게는 표준압력이 우세한 반응실(4)에서 분해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동방법.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배기는 상기 적어도 하나의 반응공간(4)을 관통하여 유동한 후, 10개 이하의 탄소원자를 갖는 짧은사슬탄화수소분자만 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동방법.
