Abstract
(1)발명이 속한 기술분야
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 상캡 구조
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 것은 뚜껑의 상면부에 홀을 형성한 것이 있었으며,본 발명은 상기한 것의 개량에 그 목적이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
상캡을 개방하면 이종물질이 용기 내부로 낙하 희석되도록 구성된 배출장치에 있어서,상기 상캡의 측면부에는 적어도 1개 이상의 공기유입부를 형성한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
상캡에 공기유입이 가능한 공기유입부를 형성한 바,어린아이들의 부주의에 의해 상캡을 삼킬지라도, 기도가 막혀 질식사를 방지할수 있는 특징이 있는 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 상캡 구조에 관한 것이고,종래의 것으로는, 병뚜껑의 중앙부에 공기유입부를 형성한 것이 있었다.
종래의 것중,병뚜껑의 중앙부에 공기유입부를 형성한 것의 경우,밀폐를 위한 기능을 발휘할수 없었다.
본 발명은 상기한 것의 폐단을 극복하기 위하여 측면부에 긴요홈을 두어 상기한 폐단을 극복하고자 한다.
물론,병뚜껑의 개폐를 용이하게 하기 위하여,병뚜껑의 측면부에 긴요홈은 통상적으로 사용되고 있다.
다만, 본 발명에서는 목구멍에 뚜껑(상캡)이 막혀 있을 때,외부의 공기가 유입될수 있을 정도의 공기유입부의 형성에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는(1)는, 다양한 형태를 구성할수 있으나,일상태를 표현하면, 용기(100)의 구부에 결합되는 본체(10)와 그 본체(10)의 내부로 수용되는 저장공간(21)을 갖는 수용부(20)로 구성된다.
상기한 본체(10) 및 수용부(20)를 중심으로 결합되고,저장공간(21)을 선택적으로 개폐하는 배출대(30)와, 상기한 배출대(30)를 승하강 시키는 상캡(40)으로 구성된다.
이와 같은 배출장치(1)에 있어서,상기 상캡(40)에는 상기한 상캡을 어린아이가 삼킬지라도 기도가 막히지 않을 정도의 공기 유입이 가능한 긴요홈(41)을 형성한 것이다.
상기한 긴요홈(41)은 바람직하게는, 상캡(40)의 측면부(43)에 일정 길이로 함몰된 형태로 형성하는 것이 좋다.
특히 2중 구조의 경우,외측의 측면부에 공기유입부를 형성하는 것이 좋다.
또한 그러한 공기유입부는 상면부(42) 까지 연결될수 있는 것이다.
상캡에 공기유입이 가능한 공기유입부를 형성한 바,어린아이들의 부주의에 의해 상캡을 삼킬지라도, 기도가 막혀 질식사를 방지할수 있는 특징이 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)
1개 이상의 부속물로 이루어지고, 내부에는 이종물질이 수용되고,상기한 배출장치에는 개폐용 상캡이 결합되며,
상기한 상캡에는 어린아이의 질식사를 방지하기 위한 공기유입용 긴요홈을 측면부를 기준으로 형성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 상캡 구조.
