본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 방출시스템에 관한 것이며,종래의 것으로는 일반적인 것이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
조립식 수용부의 저장공간에 든 내용물을 밀폐시키고 방출하는 용도의 배출대는 상캡의 개방시 상향되어 저장공간이 열리도록 구성한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
조립식 저장공간을 갖는 배출장치의 내용물 혼합 후, 그 혼합된 내용물을 배출대형 구부를 통해 음용할 수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치에 관한 것이고, 종래의 것으로는 PCT/KR04/02842호가 있다.
본 발명은 수용부 조립식의 배출장치에 있어서, 수용부의 저장공간에 든 내용물의 개폐방식에 관한 것이다.
더욱 상세하게는, 상캡을 개방하는 과정에 저장공간을 막고 있던 배출대가 상캡의 상승시 상향되어 개폐공이 열리고, 상기한 배출장치의 상방부에 형성된 구부를 통하여 내용물을 빨아 먹을 수 있게 구성한 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치(1)는 조립식 수용부(20)를 갖는 본체(10)와 상기 수용부(20) 저장공간(21)의 개폐공(22)을 배출대(40)가 막고 있으며,상기 배출대(40)는 상캡(30)이 상향되는 과정에 임의 높이 만큼 회전형으로 상향된 후 내부의 턱에 의해 더 이상 상향되지 못하고 상캡(30)으로부터 배출대(40)가 분리되는 것이 가능하도록 구성된다.
그리고 상기한 수행을 원활하게 할 수 있도록 상캡(30)의 저부 일부 이상에 내마개(31) 등을 두고, 상기한 내마개(31)에 걸림홈이나 걸림돌기 나사산 등으로 배출대(40)의 일부 이상을 상향시키도록 구성하며, 상기한 배출대(40)가 일정 높이로 들어 올려진 후는 더 이상 올라가지 못하도록 구부(11)의 내벽부 등에 턱이 형성되는 것이 좋다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 사용시는 상캡(30)을 개방하게 되면, 상캡(30)의 내마개(31)에 의해 배출대(40)가 들어 올려지는 방식으로 상향되고, 상캡(30)을 좀더 개방하게 되면 배출대(40)가 구부(11)의 내부 턱이나 또는 배출대(40)의 외환부에 형성된 걸림턱에 의해 배출대(40)가 더 이상 상향되지 못하고 멈추게 되며, 상캡(30)은 상향되려고 할 때 배출대(40)로부터 상캡(30)이 분리되면서 구부(11)로부터 상캡(30)이 완전 분리되게 되는 것이다.
이때 공기유입부(32,41)를 통하여는 수용부(20)로 공기가 유입되는 바,저장공간(21)의 내용물이 용기 내부로 용이하게 낙하 혼합될수 있는 것이다.
그리고 도 3에서 보인 바와 같이 상캡(30)을 개방하게 되면 내마개(31)가 배출대(40)를 끌고 올라가다가 일정 선상에서는 내마개(31)로부터 배출대(40)가 분리되도록 구성할 수 있는 것이다.
참고적으로, 이해를 돕기 위해 보충설명을 하면,
용기의 내용물 배출방향에 조립되는 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치(1)는, 용기의 구부에 결합되는 본체(10)와, 상기 본체(10)의 내부로 결합되는 이종물질을 수용하는 저장공간(21)이 있는 수용부(20)를 두고, 상기 저장공간(21)이 있는 수용부(20)의 하방에는 저장공간(21)의 내용물을 낙하 시키는 개폐공(22)을 두며, 상기한 개폐공(22)은 본체(10)의 상방으로 길게 연장된 배출대(40)의 하방에 의해서 기밀이 유지되고, 상기한 본체(10)의 상방을 중심으로 결합된 개폐용 상캡(30)을 개방하면 배출대(40)가 상향되면서 상기 수용부(20)의 하방에 있는 개폐공(22)이 열리면서 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 상기 개폐공(22)을 통해 낙하되도록 된 것을 기본 구조로 하고 있다.
그리고 상기 본체(10)를 중심으로 수용부(20)의 하부 개폐공(22)을 막고 있는 배출대(40)는 본체(10)의 구부(11) 내벽부 턱 하방에 상기 배출대(40)의 상부면이 위치되며, 상기한 배출대(40)의 상부 내벽부에 대응하여는 상기 상캡(30)의 내마개(31)가 나사산이나 턱에 의해 걸리도록 구성하고, 상기한 상캡(30)을 개방하면, 상캡(30)의 내마개(31)가 배출대(40)를 회전시키거나 들어 올리며, 상기한 과정에 배출대(40)의 상단부가 본체(10)의 구부(11) 내벽부에 형성된 턱에 접촉하면 배출대(40)는 더 이상 상승하지 못하고, 상캡(30)의 내마개(31)가 상기 배출대(40)로부터 분리되는 것이다.
조립식 저장공간을 갖는 배출장치의 내용물 혼합 후, 그 혼합된 내용물을 배출대형 구부를 통해 음용할 수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 용기의 내용물 배출방향에 조립되는 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는, 용기의 구부에 결합되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 내부로 결합되는 이종물질을 수용하는 저장공간이 있는 수용부를 두고, 상기 저장공간이 있는 수용부의 하방에는 저장공간의 내용물을 낙하 시키는 개폐공을 두며, 상기한 개폐공은 본체의 상방으로 길게 연장된 배출대의 하방에 의해서 기밀이 유지되고, 상기한 본체의 상방을 중심으로 결합된 개폐용 상캡을 개방하면 배출대가 상향되면서 상기 수용부의 하방에 있는 개폐공이 열리면서 저장공간의 내용물이 상기 개폐공을 통해 낙하되도록 된 이종물질 수용장치에 있어서,
    상기 본체를 중심으로 수용부의 하부 개폐공을 막고 있는 배출대는 본체의 구부 내벽부 턱 하방에 상기 배출대의 상부면이 위치되며, 상기한 배출대의 상부 내벽부에 대응하여는 상기 상캡의 내마개가 나사산이나 턱에 의해 걸리도록 구성하고,
    상기한 상캡을 개방하면, 상캡의 내마개가 배출대를 회전시키거나 들어 올리며, 상기한 과정에 배출대의 상단부가 본체의 구부 내벽부에 형성된 턱에 접촉하면 배출대는 더 이상 상승하지 못하고, 상캡의 내마개가 상기 배출대로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
