(1)발명이 속한 기술분야
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 구조
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 것으로는,일반적인 타입의 덮개가 별도 조립된 것이 있었으며, 본 발명은 상기한 것의 개량에 그 목적이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
내용물을 담고 있는 일반적인 용기의 구부를 중심으로 조립되는 배출장치,상기한 배출장치는 배출대의 상하 작용에 의해 이종물질이 열리고 닫히도록 구성되며,상기한 배출장치는 캔 타입의 본체에 의해 용기의 전체적인 이미지가 캔처럼 보이도록 구성한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
일반적인 병 형태의 상부에 결합된 배출장치에 의해 디자인이 미려한 캔의 형상을 연출한 바,소비자에게 친숙감을 주어 소비를 촉진시킬수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

Description

이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 구조{omitted}
본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 구조에 관한 것이고,종래의 것으로는 일반적인 덮개형 커버가 씌워진 배출장치가 있었다.
상기한 종래의 것은 기능적이나 디자인 측면에서 단순하여 소비자의 구매 욕구를 충적시키는 데에는 역부족이었다.
본 발명은 상기한 단점을 해결하기 위하여 배출장치의 일부를 이루는 본체를 캔 상부를 연상케하는 디자인으로 구성한 것이다.
그리고 상기한 캔 형태의 것은 본체와 일체되게 할수있으나,경우에 따라서는 별도 생산된후 조립될 수도 있는 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
내부에 일정 내용물을 담고 있는 용기(100)와, 상기한 용기(100)의 구부를 중심으로는 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치(200)를 결합하되, 상기한 배출장치(200)는, 캔 형상을 한 본체(210)와 상기 본체(210)의 내부 결합부(211)를 중심으로 결합되는 저장공간(221)이 있는 수용부(220)로 구성된다.
그리고 상기 저장공간(221)의 내용물을 선택적으로 개폐시키는 배출대(230)가 본체(210)의 상부 구부를 중심으로 조립되고,상기한 배출대(230)의 상방은 상캡(240)에 의해서 보호되고,선택적으로 들어올려지고 내려진다.
또한 상기한 본체(210)의 측면부(212)와 결합부(211) 사이에는 공간(213)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고 상기 캔형태의 본체(210)는 점선(A)으로 예시한 바와 같이, 별도 제작된 후 조립하는 것도 가능하다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 일예를 들면,도 1 과 같은 상태에서 상캡(240)을 개방하면 배출대(230)가 상향되면서 저장공간(221)의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 희석되게 되는 것이다.
또한 캔 형태의 본체(210)는 용기(100)의 견부를 중심으로 조립되어 있는 바,전체적인 조립된 형상이 캔의 이미지를 주는 특징이 있는 것이다.
일반적인 병 형태의 상부에 결합된 배출장치에 의해 디자인이 미려한 캔의 형상을 연출한 바,소비자에게 친숙감을 주어 소비를 촉진시킬수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 내부에 내용물을 담고 있는 용기의 구부에 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치를 결합하고,상기한 배출장치는 상캡의 작용에 의해 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 희석되도록 배출대가 구성된 선행의 기술에 있어서,
    상기 배출장치의 일부를 이루는 용기 구부에 대응되도록 구성된 본체를 캔의 이미지를 갖도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캔 이지지를 갖는 구성물을 별도 제작한후,본체를 중심으로 결합시킨 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 구조.
