Claims (5)
- 폴리올레핀 왁스, 폴리아마이드 왁스 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 왁스 성분을 유기 용제에 용해시키는 단계; 및상기 왁스 성분이 용해된 용액을 연속식 냉각장치에 연속적으로 투입하고, 냉각하여, 왁스 성분의 최대 입자크기가 30㎛이하인 미세 입자로 결정화시키는 단계를 포함하는 요변성능 조절제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 왁스 성분의 용융 온도는 120 내지 170℃인 것인 요변성능 조절제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 왁스 성분의 사용량은 전체 왁스 용액에 대하여 10~60중량인 것인 요변성능 조절제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속식 냉각장치는 왁스 성분을 급냉시켜 결정화할 수 있는 열교환 설비 및 상기 냉각장치 내벽에 슬러리가 침적되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 교반 장치를 구비하는 것인 요변성능 조절제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속식 냉각장치는 튜브식 또는 연속교반 탱크반응기방식의 연속반응기인 것인 요변성능 조절제의 제조방법.
