Claims (10)
- 화학적 조성(wt%)이:32.5%≤Ni≤72.5%5%≤Cr≤18%0.01%≤Mn≤4%C≤1%Mo, V, Co, Cu, Si, W, Nb 및 Al로부터 선택되고 그 양이 10%이하인 임의적인 하나 이상의 요소들을 포함하고, 나머지는 용융에 따른 철 및 불순물이며,상기 화학적 조성물은:Cr - 1.1 Ni + 23.25 ≤ 0%45Cr + 11Ni ≤ 1360Ni ≥ 37.5 이면 Ni + 3Cr ≥ 60%Ni ≤ 37.5 이면 Cr ≥ 7.5의 관계를 만족시키는 강자성 합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,크롬 함유량이 13% 이상인 강자성 합금.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,니켈 함유량이 34 내지 50%이고, Mo, V, Co, Cu, Si, W, Nb 및 Al로부터 선택된 요소들을 함유하지 않는 강자성 합금.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,니켈 함유량이 52% 이상인 강자성 합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,니켈 함유량은 48 내지 52% 사이이고, 크롬 함유량은 7 내지 10% 사이인 강자성 합금.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,0.1% 이상의 망간 함유량을 가지는 강자성 합금.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 합금은 30 내지 350 사이의 쿠리에 온도(Tc), 실온과 Tc사이에서 6.5×10-6K-1이상의 열팽창 계수(αTc), 및 0.2T 이상의 포화 유도 전류(BS)를 가지며, 산성 매체에서의 전압-전류 부식 테스트에서 상기 합금의 최대 산화 전류(Imax)는 1㎃ 미만인 강자성 합금.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,실온과 Tc사이의 열팽창 계수(αTc)는 9×10-6K-1이상이고, 포화 유도 전류(BS)는 0.2T 이상인 강자성 합금.
- 유도 가열 조리용 조리 용기의 가열 요소 제조를 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 합금의 사용방법.
- 유도 가열 조리용 단층 조리 용기의 바닥재 제조를 위한 제 2 항에 따른 합금의 사용 방법.
