Abstract

PURPOSE: A process for preparing ginseng-added Korean traditional unrefined rice wine is provided, therefore active ingredients in ginseng can be easily absorbed into the human body. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing ginseng-added Korean traditional unrefined rice wine comprises preparing the Korean traditional unrefined rice wine according to the conventional method and adding ginseng and an extract of herbal medicines thereinto, wherein the herbal medicines are Glycyrrizae Radix, Mentha arvensis L., Acanthopanacis Cortex and pine leaves; the extract of the herbal medicines is prepared by adding 6 liter of water into 200g of Glycyrrizae Radix, 200g of Mentha arvensis L., 200g of Acanthopanacis Cortex and 40g of pine leaves and boiling them to prepare 2 liter of the herbal medicines extract; and ginseng is added in an amount of 3 kg per 209 liter of the Korean traditional unrefined rice wine.
