Claims (9)
- 엔진의 배기 통로에 설치되어 배기 중의 파티큘레이트를 포집하는 파티큘레이트 필터와, 상기 파티큘레이트 필터의 상류측 배기 통로에 설치된 산화촉매와, 상기 산화촉매에 의해서 산화되는 성분을 상기 산화촉매에 공급하여 상기 파티큘레이트 필터의 재생 처리를 행하는 필터 재생수단을 구비한 엔진의 배기 정화 장치에 있어서,상기 엔진의 연료 분사를 제어하는 연료 분사 제어수단과,상기 엔진의 흡기계에 환류되는 배기 가스의 환류량을 제어하는 배기 가스 환류량 제어수단을 구비하고,상기 필터 재생수단이,상기 산화촉매의 온도를 측정 또는 추정하는 촉매 온도 검출수단과,상기 재생 처리를 하는 경우에, 상기 촉매 온도 검출수단에 의한 상기 촉매 온도가 소정 온도 이하일 때, 상기 엔진의 연료 분사에 있어서의 메인 분사의 분사 시기의 지연과 상기 배기 가스 환류량의 증대 중 적어도 한쪽이 실시되도록, 상기 연료 분사 제어수단과 상기 배기 가스 환류량 제어수단 중 적어도 한쪽을 제어하고, 그후 상기 성분을 산화촉매에 공급시키는 제어수단을 구비하는 엔진의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 메인 분사의 분사 시기의 지연량또는 상기 배기 가스 환류량의 증대를 엔진 회전 속도와 엔진 부하에 따라서 설정하는 엔진의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소정 온도가 상기 산화촉매의 활성 온도로 설정되는 엔진의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 성분을 산화촉매에 공급시키기 위해서, 상기 엔진의 팽창 행정 또는 배기 행정에서 연료가 분사되는 포스트 분사를 실시하도록 상기 연료 분사 제어수단을 제어하는 엔진의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 포스트 분사의 분사량과 분사 시기 중 적어도 한쪽을 엔진 회전 속도와 엔진 부하에 따라서 설정하는 엔진의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 재생수단은 상기 파티큘레이트 필터 근방의 배기 가스 온도를 측정 또는 추정하는 배기 가스 온도 검출수단을 구비하고,상기 제어수단은 상기 배기 가스 온도 검출수단에 의한 배기 가스 온도와 상기 파티큘레이트 필터를 재생 가능한 온도로서 설정되는 설정 배기 가스 온도를 비교하고, 이 비교 결과에 따라서 상기 메인 분사의 분사 시기, 상기 포스트 분사의 분사량, 상기 포스트 분사의 분사 시기, 및 상기 배기 가스 환류량 중 적어도 하나를 피드백 제어하는 엔진의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 재생수단은 상기 파티큘레이트 필터 근방의 배기 가스 온도를 측정 또는 추정하는 배기 가스 온도 검출수단과, 상기 포스트 분사에 의해서 승온 가능한 배기 가스 온도에 기초하여 목표 배기 가스 온도를 설정하는 목표 배기 가스 온도 설정수단을 구비하고,상기 제어수단은 상기 배기 가스 온도 검출수단에 의한 배기 가스 온도와 상기 목표 배기 가스 온도를 비교하고, 이 비교 결과에 따라서, 상기 메인 분사의 분사 시기 또는 상기 배기 가스 환류량의 제어량을 보정하는 엔진의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 배기 가스 온도 검출수단에 의한 상기 배기 가스 온도가 상기 목표 배기 가스 온도보다도 높을 때에는, 상기 메인 분사의 분사 시기의 지연량을 감소시키는 제어, 또는 상기 배기 가스 환류량을 감소시키는 제어 중 적어도 어느 한쪽을 실시하는 엔진의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 재생수단은 상기 파티큘레이트 필터에 포집한 상기 파티큘레이트의 포집량을 추정 또는 검출하는 포집량 검출수단을 구비하고,상기 포집량 검출수단에 의한 포집량이 소정치를 초과하면 상기 재생 처리를 행하는 엔진의 배기 정화 장치.
