Abstract

PURPOSE: A bracket and a fixing clip for moduling a headliner and a fixing method are provided to decrease a work process and production cost by firstly assembling all the components installed on the headliner in one process and then mounting the assembled components in a vehicle without an additional process. CONSTITUTION: A sun visor(12), an assist handle, a room lamp are installed in advance on a headliner by using fixing brackets A(7) and B and a fixing steel clip(9). Herein, the fixing bracket A is installed on the headliner after being mostly attached to a pivot(13) and a retainer of the sun visor, the assist handle and the room lamp. The fixing bracket B is attached to a headliner module and fixed on a panel of a vehicle, covering a driving knuckle of the pivot. The headliner module is installed in an assembly line of the completed vehicle assembly line by using the fixing brackets and the fixing steel clip without a bolting process. Thereby, a work process is simplified and a defect is early detected.
