Claims (5)
- 배기가스가 소정 온도와 소정 질량유량으로 흐를 수 있는 소정 체적을 지닌 흡착기를 구비하여, 차량의 내연기관의 배기시스템 등에서 배기가스 중의 하나 이상의 성분을 흡착하기 위한 흡착장치에 있어서,상기 체적은 하기의 식을 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착장치.여기서, V = 흡착기의 체적 [l],t = 배기가스의 평균온도 [℃],m = 배기가스의 평균질량유량 [kg/h],a = 0.1660393, b = 0.0033635701,c = -1.7023186, d = 6.5277225ㆍ10-6,e = 195.657, f = -0.1373556,g = -9.0343024ㆍ10-9, h = -1273.9098,i = 1.0172767, k = -1.442512ㆍ10-5.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착기는 제올라이트 구조를 지닌 코팅을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착기는 배기가스가 통과할 수 있도록 적어도 부분적으로 구조화된 시트 금속층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 금속층은 0.02 mm 내지 0.08 mm 의 두께를 갖는 금속 시트로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착기는 배기가스가 유동방향으로 통과할 수 있는 채널을 구비하며, 상기 유동방향에 대해 횡방향인 단위 횡단면적당 채널의 수는 600 cpsi 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착장치.
