Abstract
본 발명은 양배추 400g, 당근 700g, 토마토 300g, 레몬 200g를 갈아 맑은 즙으로 걸러서 설탕 15g을 혼합처리 제조하여 포장하는 건강음료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 건강음료수의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
상세히 설명하면 양배추, 당근, 토마토, 레몬을 생즙하여 복용하며 위궤양, 위장병, 피로회복, 피부미용과 세포를 젊게하며 노화를 방지하고 윗몸 염증을 예방하기로 이미 알려진 바이다.
현대인들은 생활문화와 환경의 급격한 변화에 의해 정신적, 육체적 활동과 과다한 스트레스 등으로 체력의 저하 등 다양한 증상을 느끼며 살아가고 있다.
이에 편승하여 피로와 체력증가, 피부미용, 위장병등으로 많은 사람들이 고통을 느끼며 정신적, 육체적 노동으로 바쁜 일과에 건강을 돌보기에도 시간이 모자란다.
그리하여 본 발명 "야채수"는 마시는데 편리하고 시간이 있을때 가까운 슈퍼나 구멍가게에서 손쉽게 구입하여 마실수 있게 하였다.

본제조(음료) "야채수"는 양배추 성분을 추출 ·· 제조과정을 걸쳐 음료를 제조함으로서 취급이 편리하고 간편하게 사용할 수 있으며 현대인의 질병을 예방하는 효과적인 건강음료의 제조방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본발명은 양배추 400g, 당근 700g, 토마토 350g, 레몬 200g를 믹서하여 맑은즙으로 걸러서 설탕 15g을 넣어 혼합하여 편리하고 시원한 음료를 마실수 있게 처리하였다.
양배추
양배추에 들어있는 다량의 유황과 염소는 위장의 점막을 강화시키고 궤양을 치료한다. 특히 십이지장 궤양에 효과적이며 당근과 함께 사용하면 잇몸에 고름이 생기는 치조농루증에 좋고 혈액을 맑게하고 몸의 저항력을 높이며 주근깨, 여드름 기타 피부병에 효과적이다.
당근
채소중의 왕자라 불리는만큼 당근에 함유되어 있는 카로틴은 대단한 위력을 가지고 있다. 당근즙을 마시면 인체의 면역 시스템을 활성화 시킴으로써 암과 같은 무서운 질병을 예방할수 있으며 야맹증과 같은 시력장애를 방지하고 피부점막에 탄력성을 주어 각종 세균의 침입을 막아주므로 감기예방에도 효과적이다.
토마토
피로를 지켜주는 가장 대표적인 식품이다.
과당과 포도당뿐만 아니라 비타민C와 B1, B2를 다량 함유되어있고 또한 소금기를 느끼게 하는 맛이 있어 구미지역에서 음식 조리시에 이용하며 소금의 섭취량을 줄여 혈압상승을 예방한다. 토마토는 고기나 생선등 기름기 있는 음식을 먹을때 위속에서 소화를 도우며 산성식품을 많이 섭취하는 사람에게 좋다.
레몬
천연청소재로 간장, 담낭, 신장을 청소하고 담낭에 축적된 칼슘을 녹이는데 도움이 된다.
상기와 같이 양배추, 당근, 토마토, 레몬은 모든사람이 필수적으로 음료함으로써 만성피로와 의욕을 충족시켜주고 시원하고 상쾌하게 제조함으로 어린아아들의 발육촉진에 도움이 된다.
특히 양배추와 당근은 피부미용세포를 젊게 해주고 암예방에도 효과적으로 널리 알려진 고유의 식품이다.
Claims (1)
- "야채수"의 제조방법양배추 400g, 당근 700g, 토마토 300g을 갈아 즙을 추출하여 양배추즙 175㎖, 당근즙 150㎖, 토마토 175㎖을 만들어 혼합한후 혼합한 음료에 레몬즙 25㎖를 섞어 향과 맛을 조절한후 설탕 15g을 첨가하여 배합한다.
