Claims (11)
- 기록층 위로 커버층을 투과하는 광빔을 조사하는 것에 의해 반사율의 변화로서 한면에 커버층과 단일기록층을 갖는 단층정보기록매체 상에 정보를 기록 또는 재생할 수 있는 정보기록재생장치에 적용되고 한면에 있는 스페이서층 위에 적층되는 다수의 기록층들을 구비하고 있는 다층정보기록매체에서,상기 다층정보기록매체는 "n"이 다층정보기록매체와 적어도 재생 및 기록에 대하여 호환성을 갖는 단층정보기록매체의 커버층의 소정의 굴절율을 나타내고 "t"가 상기 커버층의 두께를 나타내는 식 d1=nt 를 만족하는 광학거리(d1)에서 광입사측표면으로부터 가장 깊게 배치된 최심기록층; 및광입사측표면으로부터 부등식 d2 < nt 를 만족하는 광학거리(d2)에 배치된 적어도 하나의 얕은기록층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다층정보기록매체는 2층으로서 상기 최심기록층과 상기 얕은기록층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다층정보기록매체는 광입사측표면으로부터 더 얕은 순으로 상기 얕은기록층에서 상기 최심기록층으로 순차적으로 기록된 물리어드레스정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다층정보기록매체는 상기 최심기록층의 내주에서 외주까지의 순으로 순차적으로 기록된 물리어드레스정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다층정보기록매체는광입사측표면으로부터 더 얕은 순으로 상기 얕은기록층에서 상기 최심기록층까지 기록층들 각각의 내주에서 외주까지는 순방향으로 그리고 외주에서 내주까지는 역방향으로 번갈아서 순차적으로 기록된 물리어드레스정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다층정보기록매체는 상기 최심기록층에 기록된 상기 얕은기록층 상의 모든 내용들과 관계된 소정의 콘텐트정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 단일기록층을 구비하는 단층정보기록매체와 그것에 광빔을 조사함으로써 한면의 스페이서층에 적층된 다수의 기록층들을 구비하는 다층정보기록매체중의 어느것에 정보를 기록 또는 재생할 수 있는 정보기록재생장치에서,상기 정보기록재생장치는 "n"이 다층정보기록매체와 적어도 재생 및 기록에 대하여 호환성을 갖는 단층정보기록매체의 커버층의 소정의 굴절율을 나타내고 "t"가 상기 커버층의 두께를 나타내는 식 d1=nt 를 만족하는 광학거리(d1)에서 광입사측표면으로부터 가장 깊게 배치된 최심기록층과, 광입사측표면으로부터 부등식 d2 < nt 를 만족하는 광학거리(d2)에서 배치된 적어도 하나의 얕은기록층을 포함하는 다층정보기록매체에 광빔을 조사하는 대물렌즈를 구비하는 광픽업; 및광학거리(d1)에서 먼저 광빔을 상기 최심기록층에 집광시키는 대물렌즈를 조절하고 초기포커스서보작용을 실행하는 포커스서보회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록재생장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 포커스서보회로는 상기 초기포커스서보작용을 실행한 후에 광학거리(d2)에서 상기 얕은기록층으로 포커스위치를 점핑시키는 포커스서보작용을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록재생장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 대물렌즈는 광빔의 집광스폿을 생성하는 0.8과 같거나 더 큰 개구수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록재생장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 집광스폿에 포함된 파면수차의 양을 가변시키는 파면수차보정부분을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록재생장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 대물렌즈는 스폿이 광학거리(d1)만큼 떨어진 위치에 집광될 때 광빔에서 파면수차의 양을 최소화시키는 렌즈군을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록재생장치.
